Great food! Only one person cooking so each order was brought out as it was cooked. We will come back but will do a phone order!

When I think Lake Havasu, I don't think good ethnic food. To my surprise, this place makes excellent Thai food. I ordered the yellow curry and my brother got the pad thia. The pad thai was good, not the best I've ever had, but definitely good. In my opinion it could have used crunchier elements to add some texture. The yellow curry though was AWESOME! Possibly be best yellow curry I've ever had.
My only complaint is that the service isn't very good. There wasn't a host to seat us, so we were confused if they were even open. It was five minutes before we were seated in an empty restaurant.
TL:DR: awesome yellow curry, slow serviceHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 7, 2013
We try and hit this hole in the wall every time we're in Havasu. Run soley by a kind husband/wife duo, so service is not always speedy if the place is busy. We usually order Pad See Ew or an occasional curry. Both are great (keep in mind I'm not a great conosseiur of Thai curry dishes). We also order the thai dumplings, pretty tastey. Thai Tea is great as usual. Beware- sometimes they close sporadically and you don't realize it until you see the hand written note on the door. Always breaks our hearts when that happens. We've learned to call first, especially if we're driving a distance to eat there.

Great food, a restaurant that Havasu sorely needs. Ambiance isn't much, you walk into a tunnel to get to the door, and the bathrooms are outside, but the food is great, and most Thai restaurants I've seen in the US are very similar; they get the hole-in-the-wall low rent space and make the best of it. Less of the Thai religious displays than some I've seen.
The food! That's why we go. Pick anything, we do.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mike S.Scottsdale, AZ61044340Dec 4, 2013
Great food, perfectly spiced up and cooked with amazing flavor. A bit of a hole in the wall, but clean and probably the best dinner I have been served in Lake Havasu. Order the Tom Ka Soup (Coconut) and Spicy Drunken. Both amazing dishes with the perfect pinch of spice.

Restaurant opens at 11am. We went for lunch on Sunday at 11:15 and they were not opened. The sign on the door said they were OPEN. We tried to get the attention of the person inside, as we could smell the food cooking. We went to the back door and tried to speak with someone. We waited 15 minutes outside. We finally called the restaurant and a man answered. We said "Your restaurant says it opens at 11 and we are waiting outside"; his response....."And your point is....?" Needless to say that is all we needed to move on to another restaurant. Customer service is lacking!
I hate giving this review because their food is amazing. Probably the best Thai food I have had. (Service was also poor, but the food made up for it).Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Neil A.Las Vegas, NV914184Jul 16, 2015
Dont know why this place has such high reviews, this is not authentic thai food what so ever. After looking at the reviews we decided to give this place a chance. Boy were we wrong, i ordered the spicy basil chicken, and traditionally it is made from ground chicken but here they make it with dry breast meat. The chicken had no flavor, it was chewy, and the dish was drowned in sauce and bell peppers. Secondly, the restaurant was infested with flys that kept interrupting our meal. As for customer service, we weren't to thrilled with the one employee/chef who was cooking and serving, this place needs a bigger staff because clearly one guy cant do it all. IF YOU WANT REAL THAI FOOD, DONT STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Omg can it get any sweeter! (Not in a good way) Everything was super sweet. I guess my expectations were high since even avg thai restaurants in california are generally ok. This is on the low end of thai places I've been to.

Finally Havasu gets a restaurant it really needs! Excellent Food! The menu is endless. Its family owned so it takes a while to get your food but well worth the wait.
