If you want a good steak go here. Once there ask to be seated in Lilly's section. This sweet thing will treat you like a VIP and meet your every need with a smile. So gracious and kind. Tess's Roadhouse you need to know her value.

Food was tasty and service was good but my kabob sirloin wasn't cooked to how I asked the server to prepare it - medium-rare isn't medium-well. Later, while half finished, the server asked me how it was ? - i was honest and said "it was okay".... The server didn't really seem too concerned about it. I should have spoke up earlier but it was so busy I didn't want to bother everybody so I didn't say anything - and maybe that is why it was over cooked is because it was so busy. However I voiced my concerns prior to ordering and she seemed to take notice and asked me how I wanted it prepared. Anyhow, sirloin could have been way more tender if they would have prepared it correctly. I mean, it is a steak house and you would think they would have cooking technique refined by now.

Had a birthday celebration with our youngest son, 43 years old. Only negative was that we were seated at a booth that had no overhead light. It was broken, so it was very dark at our table. Appetizer and entrees were all very good! Our server was very nice and helpful. We almost always come here to celebrate our birthdays.

Always reliable and food tastes good when I want this type.
Service has been good and we don't have any reason to complain.
Can't think of any reason why not to give it 5 stars in its category.

ordered takeout- the medium cheeseburger was burnt so bad the top had a black crust. Wasn't even eatable!

the people who answer the phone are rude, literally could have a had a monkey answer the phone and they would've been nicer.

Service is usually good, bartenders are good IF you're very clear of exactly what you want.
The place is extremely loud at times, people talking (trying to talk over others), and the music loud music playing.
But the worst thing is that other than potatoes and salad there Is NOTHING for vegetarians. We found that very disappointing. I suggest Texas Roadhouse corporate address this issue, if they want people of different tastes coming in.

Food was even better than expected. Everyone there was really nice. The only issue is that we felt rushed- my girlfriend's salad was served 30 seconds after our appetizer and then our main course very quickly after that. It truly felt as though they were trying to turn tables asap. The restaurant was only about half full so we didn't understand the rush. Made the experience less enjoyable.

My server was great. The food was good.

Unfortunately there was another server wearing a shirt that said "Let's Go Brandon".

Bad taste for work wear. No need to go back.

Always great service and awesome food. Love the atmosphere.
