Texas Roadhouse

The food was excellent. 12 oz medium rare prime rib covered in mushrooms and onions. Melted in my mouth. The rolls were awesome. I sat at the bar and was greeted right away. Drink and food was taken and it was served quickly. The place was loud but not so loud you couldn't hear the prrson across the bar. The decor is always amazing.

It was Veterans Day and they were having a free meal for the vets so my hubby and I decided to come check it out. We were glad we did because our waitress was super attentive, was so fast, and made sure we were taken cared of. The food was delicious! They gave us some dinner rolls with cinnamon butter as a free appetizer. Omg they were so nice, fresh and buttery!!! To die for! Lol I had their chicken fried steak with some loaded potatoes, and green beans. The loaded potatoes were nice and rich, but sadly I was not a fan of the green beans. My hubby got their surf and turf meal which came with mixed veggies and a small cup of chili. All were delicious as well. Overall, everything we had was good. We were nvr really a fan of Texas Roadhouse but after that day we are looking forward to visit them again :)

We were here the Saturday before New Year's Eve last weekend and it was PACKED. Like, you couldn't breathe-and it was hard to move-and you felt extremely claustrophobic-packed. I was a little concerned when we walked in, because of the dense volume of people. My sister in law had done call-ahead seating because it was my nephew's birthday and there were 9 of us. He picked this place, so no turning back. It didn't take TOO long to get seated, but the set-up was pretty awful......we had two booths across the aisle from each other. My 3 year old kept running back and forth between our booths and I felt bad for the serving staff, because he was RIGHT in their way. I wish we had two tables pushed together instead. I really did try to keep him from running out in front of them, but as someone who works on a plane with narrow aisles, I know it is not always easy when you have a little one who likes to move around. This seating arrangement was not really very convenient for our party with 2 small children, one teenager, and six adults. That said, the steak was very good and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The serving staff was friendly, especially one of the servers working towards the front. She was so kind and had a sense of humor about the dense crowd and didn't seem to be bothered by having to slide through with heavy trays balanced above her head.

We used to come here twice a week and everything was alway wonderful!
The last 2 times I've been here the service has been so bad and the management non existent that we will never go back until managements changed!!!
We went on a Sunday at 3 pm. It was busy but not crazy busy. They sat us at an extra small booth . I asked for a larger booth and was told none available.
We ordered and skipped appetizer because of table space issues.
I ordered a full slab of ribs with baked potatoes and salad, my hubby ordered the salmon with chili and salad.
I asked for rolls at least 4 times! I can't help it I love their rolls and sweet butter! Every time I was told we're out! In the meantime all the tables around us were sat either rolls!
I ordered a coke and hubby an unsweetened iced tea. The coke tasted like straight seltzer and Dr Pepper! I love coke drink it constantly so the waitress told me it was fine she tasted it but got me another! It was still undrinkable!
My husband got his chili from a runner and it was ice cold . He immediately sent it back with the Coke!
So now we have no rolls, no chili, my salad wasent brought out until dinner was, and my hubby has an empty tea, and no Coke?
After waiting 20 minutes I went to where servers were huddled and asked to speak to a manager! I was told after I know a server talked to a manager that they were busy in the back??
When I got back to my table the rolls were there, the still aweful coke, and my husbands chili! The key manager came and pretty much told me the coke was fine, acted like we wanted free food and what exactly did I want? I told him I just wanted what I paid for to standard!
Our meals came! My husbands Salmon was lovely! My ribs were SUPRISE? Yes charred!! I ate the potatoe and salad which was fine! Found it odd our server now disappeared . When she went to help another table I showed her ribs and told her my disappointment! Another manager a lady came over and said I heard we have a problem! I politely showed her and asked for my ribs to be made right to go! I didn't want to deal with waitresses and servers and managers snickering anymore!
The icing on the cake was when the waitress admitted as I left the 4 cokes I sent back were indeed not right because they've had an issue hooking up rootbear line first prior to coke by accident! Yet for 4 comes server and managers acted like I had bad taste buds!
I normally love their food and it's a sad day knowing I just can't go back!!

I have been here a few times first time was great food and service and second time food was okay. But this will be the last time! The steak couldn't get cooked right after THREE attempts, and because I had to send the steak back I didn't get good shrimp with my steak, had to wait 10 min for "fresh" shrimp....the sautéed onions that they replaced so that I had fresh onions with re-heated steak and those bitches were whiter than me! They weren't sautéed at all! So in all, steak kept bleeding, didn't get to enjoy the shrimp with it, onions were practically raw, AND our waitress Kiki never refilled my drink even though my empty glass sat on the edge of the table for 15 min. OHH AAAND never even got my birthday ice cream or whatever the hell they give us for birthday visits....BY FAR THE WORST TEXAS ROADHOUSE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD

For a tasty steak, barbecue chicken or ribs, steak cooked the way you like it. I like my steak medium rare a warm pink center. My wife likes extra rare, as I said cooked the way you like it. Another favorite for me is the smokehouse burger with the suggested toppings, American and Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, grilled onion and mushrooms. Lots of side dishes and 2 kinds of salad, 1 being Cesar and the other with lettuce,diced boiled egg, diced tomato, and cheese. Croutons on salad if you like. Fresh hot dinner rolls with sweetened butter or plain butter you have to ask for. An extensive menu with a lot more. A bar with your favorite beer or drinks. Always got good service. Waiters and waitresses, Bussers to pick up from tables, and managers roaming around interacting with
Dinners. Good place to take your family to have a good meal.

Their filets are my favorite. They are super tasty, and tender.Sunday is our favorite day to go because we can get in without the wait that we experience on other days.

The atmosphere is great. Wait is long st times, patients is key. Food is worth the wait! Service amazing. Line dancing - great job!
