Update 03/25/2024
I received a phone call from the owner, he understood the problem and apologized for a) the confusion, b) for the service from the waiter and c) for the manager's attitude.
He invited me and my family to give another chance to the restaurant.
I also wanted to make sure nobody lost their job, because we all are humans, we make mistakes; the owner told me they don't believe in firing people, they believe in coaching teams, and that's great.
I didn't delete the review because it's good for the readers to know Texas Roadhouse took responsibility for the issue and they made it right.
I'm happy that everything is now clarified, because my kids love the restaurant and their bread!

But now I'm giving back the other 4
------------------------------------Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Feb 18, 2024Previous reviewMe and my family had the bad idea to celebrate my birthday at Texas Road House in Parker, CO (11205 S. Parker Rd)
Well.. I'm gonna summarized the problem:
I ordered the "8 ox. Sirloin & Grilled Shrimp Combo" and I added a sidekick for my meal, that was the "Shrimp - 360 cal for $7.98"
for my mom I ordered "9 Shrimp and veggies"
When they served the food, I got my dish with 6 shrimp and my mom got 6 shrimp as well, I told them there is an error, because I ordered 9 shrimp for my mom and I also ordered the shrimp sidekick for $7.98
The explanation was: They will bring the 3 additional shrimp for my mom and I got 1 extra shrimp for 7.98 because the original order included 5 shrimp, the sidekick is 1, yes ONE additional shrimp for $7.98.
I explained that I visit the restaurant frequently and the sidekick have 5 or 6 shrimp with toasted bread, they said NO, it is ONE (yes, 1) extra shrimp for $7.98
and they never brought the 3 additional shrimp for my mom and they charged me 5 times 3.99 for shrimp
When the manager showed up, she made the things worst, we came with an angry face, with a bad attitude saying she has worked 3 years there and it is always ONE extra shrimp for $7.98 and the waiter has worked 10 years there and confirmed it is 1 extra shrimp for 7.98!! SO... at the end I was the liar and what an "amazing deal" 1 shrimp for almost $8 dollars
Well the menu shows the sidekick for $7.99 and includes 5 or 6 shrimp with two pieces of toasted bread, maybe paying one more cent makes the things better
Please... I visit that restaurant many times and never the sidekicks became a problem, the manager showed the worst customer care ever and the waiter... let's say he was clueless
I feel really bad for having that awful experience in a restaurant I used to love.
If Texas Road House keep hiring those kind of managers... they will fail, the customers visit nice places to eat not only for the food but for the service as well.
I recommend other people to not visit this restaurant and if you do... ask the explanation of the sidekicks before ordered them.
Today they ruined my birthday celebration, bummer - Rick B.Colorado Springs, CO02431Feb 26, 2024
1st. Order the bone in ribeye. It's $38. Equivalent to a very nice $80 - $200 steak anywhere. Order sides. Get fried pickles. Get the burgers for $14. And remember to tell them how you want the temp on the meat. Don't get a cheap cut. We all know that. When a top end steak is $38 why go for a $20 steak. I guess it's just going to be disappointing. Always will be. I understand eating on a budget. But never had a sirloin that was delicious. Tough cut of meat.
Try the country platters. Brilliant fried chicken with white gravy and sides. It's only 20 bucks. Try the fish and chips.
My basic minimum guideline is simple. When I can't afford their bone in ribeye I will go with all of the others like a burger, fried chicken, fish and chips, sides but then that one Sunday comes up when I get the bone in ribeye. That is a wonderful day because I didn't go down to Shanahan's and get the same ribeye for $230. At that point they all taste the same.
I really find this my go to steakhouse. I've been to all the top end steakhouses just to leave in a fright. Visits to these very expensive restaurants still haunt me to this day even though my company was paying for it, it's unconscionable. I never feel that way here. The cost is ridiculous but it's just food. I'll come here any day.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Maggie M.TX, TX01615Mar 15, 2024
The rolls on the table looked good and we barely sat down at the booth and asked to be moved as the booth was very close to the table. The waitress went to the manager/ supervisor and they had no compassion. She had a horrible attitude as if I was asking her to give me her first born. All I wanted was more space as the booth was very close to the table.
She did not want to accommodate and when I stated there was no room in the booth and would prefer a table she snarled while she rolled her eyes that they had a table booth combo. At that point I knew I did not want to give her my hard earned money. I have a choice to spend my money and it doesn't have to be some place where a small request is treated as if it is life ending.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - YY C.Lone Tree, CO7417241Apr 12, 2024
Everything was delicious and huge! Fast friendly and attentive service. The only downside is, you will gain a couple pounds after eating the food there LOL

Stopped in for a late dinner. Parker location is always busy. Enjoyed the warm bread, good service and ribs. They offer 3 desserts: apple pie, strawberry cheesecake and Brownie. We tried the cheesecake. It was yummy!!
Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Apr 10, 2020Previous reviewWe ordered in advance for pickup. Never seen a company more organized with stations in the Parking. It took all of 5 minutes.
We both ordered the Combo with Ribs (fell off the bone) & Steak cooked to perfection (Med Rare & Med.) The side salad was fresh & crispy & the loaded potato with all the fixings. If you haven't tried the rolls with cinnamon butter, you're missing out. Keep up the good work.Feb 15, 2013Previous reviewIt was a last minute decision to go out in the cold for a late Valentine dinner. It was around 9pm, the resturant was still busy so we decided to sit at the bar & watch the Avs game. Travis was our Bartender. He was outstanding!!! Introduced himself, shook our hands & called us by our 1st names the entire evening.
Hot bread was brought out immediately. YUMMY....
We ordered the BBQ grilled chicken & the pulled BBQ Pork dinners. Both came with (2) sides of our choice. The amount of food was more than enough. Our bill was more than reasonable with a few adult beverages... Highly recommend.. - Jan 2, 2024
Always packed but also always delivers. Great food, good drinks, and always great people watching. I love the NY strip, the margaritas, and that cinnamon butter is legit crack that keeps us coming back. Quite the business model if you ask me! Good stuff.

When in town our son and daughter in law always take us to Texas Roadhouse since it's the favorite of the granddaughters. Today we're here at my request, since I was craving a steak salad and the salad here is so yummy! Party of 6 so we went through a few baskets of rolls. Oh the rolls. So delicious.
Our server was accommodating and caring. That is always appreciated with two toddlers in tow. I always ask for a tea to go and sometimes they will bring a cup and I'll pour the rest of my tea in the to go cup and I'm good to go. Some servers, like the fabulous woman we had today, will bring a to go cup already filled to the top with tea and a new straw too. So nice.
Food is always delicious and parking is plentiful and free.Helpful 9Thanks 0Love this 8Oh no 0 - Maddux S.Denver, CO13044Jan 9, 2024
Me and my gf come to the T house a good amount and it hits the spot every time. The steaks are always cooked to perfection with astonishing flavor. The service is a little hit or miss, it's never to slow but there are some times when it's slower. Restaurant is always clean and a music friendly atmosphere.

To go order we were dealt with Fatty and Extremely DRY ribs. We chose an up charged side fully loaded potato and all i got was cheese on the side, no bacon, no sour cream, half cooked baked potato.
Super expensive for the low bar quality and executionHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jan 22, 2023
I haven't been to a Texas Roadhouse in years. I ordered the herb crusted chicken and it was so flavorful! I ordered a house salad which was good, but I didn't real use it came with hard boiled eggs chopped on top. It wasn't bad but not my favorite. The loaded mashed potatoes were crazy delicious! Sour cream, cheese and bacon added to it.
