If I could give zero stars I would. PA Richard Shomo was the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He has the worst bedside manners of any PA (he isn't a doctor) I have ever dealt with. I left the place in tears and without answers. He saw for me for about 30 seconds and diagnosed me without any explanation or treatment options. He made me feel like he was too busy or couldn't be bothered by me. I don't have know how this man has a job. I will never return to any Texas urgent care because of this one person.

The doctor was on the compute when I walked past him to go the exam room. My usual doc was not available and I decided to go here to attend to my irritated eyes. The staff was nice and professional. But the doctor could have cared less. I had to introduce myself to him. He had zero bedside manner. Never even told me what he was doing to me and just put drops in my eyes. He didn't diagnose me until I asked. He said he was going to prescribe some drops. And the whole tine he was on his computer and never looked up at me. I asked him what caused this and he looked at me as if I was interrupting him. He said I don't know! I was paying cash and these seemed very odd from a doctor. He left me in a dark room until the nurse came by and said I could go now. He never came back in to talk to me he just got right back on his computer. I liked the staff but doubt I will go back if that doctor is there. He said his name under his breath and I can't remember because I was in pain. He didn't mention any dos or don'ts and I had never had eye problems. I ended coming back to Google his diagnose and got more information off the internet. They also called in prescription to two different pharmacy's and I ended up waiting over an hour because the insurance company was confused. I said no wait let's do it at HEB not Walgreens and they did it to both. Not a good place for care.
