Showed up on time, professional, funny, good job. Only positive things to say about Jon, our terminix guy! Ty very much! Esp after having horrific experience with aptive.

Terrible! Paid for a years worth of services and only saw them twice! The holidays came & went, Covid was next and they used that as an excuse. I have called multiple times & the manager has never called me back. Not to mention they used a product that was dangerous to pets. Unfortunately we lost our daughters pet Guinea Pig possibly because of this. DO NOT USE!

It's incredible how atrocious my experience has been. It felt really like Terminix is a phantom company out to scam money out of customers. The other 1-star reviews resonate here--

I called customer service 4 times to determine why no one showed up as planned. I was told they'd call me. No one ever called me. I rescheduled. And still no one showed up. I tried (the next day) to determine why again no one showed up (but after hours), it kept going through the "please wait for the next available representative" loop, and then nothing happened. I honestly think they just want people to sit and listen to their advertisements and hope they don't figure out it's an extremely crap company.

They want people to pre-pay, and then not show up.

Very much like a phantom.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS GOD-AWFUL EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!

Horrible experience! They were unprofessional rude and did major damage to our roof. They actually broke off pipes and crushed all the covers for vents on our roof as if it was on purpose! When our roof leaked from the rain and we had a contractor provide a quote they refused to pay stating we signed a waiver for any damage. Do NOT use this company!!!!

I had the type of problem with Terminix! I was told they would be out between 1 & 3PM I get a call from the technician at 20 to 3 telling me he would be another 30 minutes! I said ok! Then 15 minutes later I get a call from their corporite center (Automated) asking how my service was today, and was a service contract approved? push 1 for yes and 2 for no! I push 2 for no! I am now connected to their service center wanting to know what's going on? I explain, and they contact the technician while I am on the line. He tells her he will be another half hour, and that he just called me and explained that to me! I told her, no way he called me 20 minutes ago, and he will still be another 30 minutes? she says yes! No good! please let him know I need to pick up my daughter from school (it's raining) and I will have to do this another time! She goes back to the technician and comes back to me and says he says now he can be there at 3PM! Mind you it is now 2 minutes to 3PM, there is no way he can get to my house in 2 minutes!
I told her NO! please do not send this technician out, and reschedule me. She would tell him I don't want service, and then contact the local branch and complain about the technician. She would make sure the branch manager called me!
The next day I get a call from a receptionist from the branch asking me what was going on? I had to go through the whole story with her! She was rude! She would have her supervisor call me! Duh!! it's been 4 days and still haven't gotten a call!! The service industry is in serious trouble, and you won't survive treating potential customers like this!!

HORRIBLE!!!! Still had bugs after spraying, put account on hold and now being charged because they came to my house without authorization. Worst customer service.

Unethical operation. Called cancelled my service and they still came out and charged me $99.00 after cancellation. There service was a joke and still had ants even after spraying. I have been doing it myself and no ants at all.

Terrible service. This morning an unscheduled Terminix person knocked on our door at 6:45a.m. It woke us both out of a sound sleep. It scared me. We had not scheduled this. Then the guy put a bill in her mailbox for $282. We called and they said it was not a bill but a notice that this is what we would be paying for the next year. They also said they had called to set up the service. I still have all my voicemails and they did not call. I would never schedule Service that early in the morning. We canceled the service. We are definitely going to find somebody else. And the bugs aren't even dead!

If there ever were a time to hand out negative stars this would be one of them. I set up an account with Terminix to come out to one of my rental properties for a pest control appointment. It was a Tuesday that I called and the dispatcher said that a technician would be out at the property from 5-7pm. I had arranged it with my tenants for someone to be home. The next day I get a call from Terminix saying that they would be coming out that evening. I was really mad because they were supposed to come the previous night. I again arrange it with my tenants to be home from 5-7 pm because that is when they said they would come. On Thursday at 4 pm I get a call from a Terminix technician that he can't find the property and is even at the wrong address. I was really pissed at this point. They didn't even go on Wednesday night for the second time in a row! Needless to say I canceled the contract with them. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND THEIVES. I called customer service and they said that the manager would call me by the end of the day. It is now 7:10 pm and still no call. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST!!!
