Been blessed to have really good people to work with there. They've always treated me very respectful answered my questions and helped me out. I would recommend talking to them to get the questions answered you needed. We need the small shops to stay in place so I have a place to go to. I've always tried to support the Community with the small shops they do have a batting cage.

This place is a LIFE SAVER if you have a kid playing a sport!! PHEWWWWW thank goodness...

Let me tell you this place is not the closest BUT its helpful and cheaper than DICKS or ACADEMY so dont count them out!

They are off the parkway and the parking is open and easy to get in and out!!! The store itself is spacious and offers A LOT of supplies for your sport needs...I needed a pair of football pants for a BIG guy and no other store had the size I needed but THANKFULLY I found them here and at a fraction of the price I paid for a girdle in DICKS... wish I would have known about this place before I TORE OUT MOST OF MY HAIR lol

When I called and asked the nice lady who answered the phone for help she was quick and efficient.. She let me know they had what I needed I told her I would be RIGHT THERE!!! and quess what?? She had them waiting for me and I didnt even ask her to do that!!! Hows that for customer service!!!! I adore a great customer service rep! and she will NEVER know how much I appreciated her for the help...SO I say all this to say ...if you need some sports gear...TRY HERE FIRST...this place just might save you some much needed spending money..especially durning Christmas time!!! Thank you

I've purchased from Team Express/ Baseball Express dozens of times over the years. Never an issue. I wish I had checked here (or better yet) their Facebook page before I placed a recent order. There are DOZENS, more likely HUNDREDS of pissed-off customers who have left RECENT reviews that should be read. They are basically taking customers money IMMEDIATELY and then NEVER SHIP out the products. If, on the rare occasion, someone answers the phone in 'Customer Service', they lie to you and tell you that they will ship your product or refund your money, but they don't.

Everyone, don't take my word for it... read the 100 or so recent Facebook Team Express reviews (or) the few recent Yelp reviews.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!!

They are scamming EVERYONE!! I'm reporting them to the Texas & Missouri Attorney General's Office(s). They need to be shut down!! They were bought out a few months ago - not the same company anymore.

Terrible place to order things from!
Ordered shoes for my son paid for overnight delivery and you guessed it they didn't arrive on time team express told me it's not their fault but fed ex fault whatever happened to doing what you said you were going to do? They won't refund me my money for shipping as they say it's not their responsibility.
If you can get your stuff else where unless you like paying for bad customer service

LOTS of products, even though horrible navigation on the website, great prices, and fast shipping (if in stock), but if you EVER run into an issue, LOOKOUT!

Worst customer service ever, both on the email and phone side. Hopefully you will never have to experience this.

I purchased some baseball pants for my son- need to return 1 that doesn't fit- I've been trying to contact them via email and get no responses...after 2 weeks I got a response and have responded to that one 3 times and they have gone dark again.
BUYERS should look elsewhere- prices are good but service is awful- no way to return - no responses after almost 30 days

I wrote to Team Express to give them a chance to correct their deceptive policies. I originally wanted to buy one pair of compression pants for my son. When I saw the code for free shipping over $99 and 15% off, I decided to expand my purchase to $141.00. When it came time to use the code, it would not work, stating all of the items in my basket were ineligible for the offer.

What a colossal waste of time.

I had never purchased from Team Express before and would be very hard pressed to ever try them again in the future. Here is what I wrote to them, and their response:

Yes, I did tell them that they did not meet their goal and they don't give a sh--. Therefore, I'm telling my friends, and the world.

My first time purchasing online and did not go well. After placing order my item should be shipped within 6 days. 10 days later my order was still processing. Contacted customer service who said he would check with vendor but is off the next day so call in and someone will be able to assist me. The next day I get an email stating my order had been cancelled but no reason why. I called customer service and she said they had to cancel a lot of their orders because the vendor's products were delayed so that made them delayed as well. I expressed I understood but I really needed my item and it took over a week before I even heard anything so I probably won't do business with them again and she says, "Ok" as if she could care less. Not great customer service but I did receive my refund in 2 business days when she said it's 5-7 business days.

This is a total scam of a company. Placed an order for 2 baseball pants on 12/11/17 and shows 3 days to ship from factory. now it's 12/27 and Team express can't figure out where what or why. They have no direct contact with the company that they advertise their clothing for. Emails don't get returned. customers service reps don't follow up or return calls. Yet they charge your credit card day 1 and don't have a clue when your merchandise will ship.

Yes, all these negative reviews can't be wrong. Stay far far away and look elsewhere for your team sports.

Seems to have real issues. Several calls while holding for over an hour have gone unanswered. Emails have gone unreturned. And this has been the case for several weeks if not more. It's so weird, they have been very strong in the past.

Ordered something that was said to be in by middle of May, it has yet to ship and I can't get any confirmation on anything since I can't contact anyone. It just seems crazy to be going on so long.

I'll update my review if something changes but for now long wait times, no email response and lack of info on product force a one star review.
