Rene came out with his associate to diagnose a unit that was not running, both techs were knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking. They climbed up in the attic, spent time on my units, spent time with the unit zones and diagnosed my issues. They were a pleasure to work with and I recommend them

We've used Team AIR-Zona twice now and are extremely pleased. Both Dustin and Robert have serviced our HVAC system and are not only thorough in their inspection, but highly knowledgeable. They have been able to explain everything to us that's going on with our current system and provide several different options and recommendations. We appreciate not feeling like we are being "upsold" to the most expensive repair. In fact, they've given their opinion of temporary and/or long-term options for us so we didn't need to spend the money to replace the entire system. Additionally, the service was friendly from start to finish. Making an appointment was easy and quick (even as quick as same day) and each time they've come out they've actually been a couple minutes early for our appointment window.

Don't waste your time shopping around...call them first and you will not be disappointed!

I put out a request for a quote and it was like sharks in a frenzy for chum in the water. There are all kinds of responses including rather clueless ones, and a range of prices both in service call and in refrigerant.

I pick this company because the owner is very hands on, there is a good level looks of experience but not a huge operation that has a lot of overhead. The owner and his employee showed up, and assessed the work very fairly and was able to fix it right away. Because I have spent a career teaching, they gave me the civil servant discount, which was very nice. I told them of another problem, and they knew what it was immediately, and they got the filters, and brought them the next day and installed them.

They don't garage like a lot of businesses in this industry do. They do what they say they will do, and they show up when they say they will show up. I was so happy with them, that I bought they're very inexpensive service plan, so that they will come out twice a year, to check my heating in the fall and to replace my long lasting air conditioning filters in the spring.i'm very happy with the service. These are trustworthy people with the right attitude. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Excellent service and honest company. I have used these guys for years and it's always been a great experience. I have recommended them to friends and family and they have always been happy with their service too. Hard to find a good AC company but this one is great. On time, quality repairs that last, honest prices and work.

Amazing. Literally got home and had no AC when it was 107 degrees outside and in the house was 90.

Called up these guys and Robert was here within about an hour. From the time he got here, he figured out the problem in just a few quick minutes!

You're gonna love these guys. They (John?) worked hard to fit me into their schedule when we were having issues with our AC. I really appreciated that.

They were also really clear with how their pricing works. It's fair, honest and open. You know exactly what you're getting into. Dustin (who is different from the person I scheduled with), made sure that he was performing exactly what we wanted done...he even double-checked just to make sure I understood the base charges.

He was courteous, professional and an all-around good guy. When it came time to 'hear the bad news', he wasn't one of those guys that says everything needs to be replaced. I hate those kinds of guys. Instead, he walked me through all the things he saw and then made recommendations. "You could do this..." or "This is a sign of..." as well as, "You can keep on eye on that..." It was not pushy, but it also wasn't so hands-off that I had trouble deciding what things I should fix now without spending and arm and a leg.

My invoice detailed all the work he had done including all his notes and recommendations. It's great having this as a reference going forward.

These guys currently have a BBB rating of A- (not sure why the minus...they have no complaints against them.) I'd give them an A+. Hopefully they do a great job for you as well!

I put a call out for A/C repair quotes on Yelp, and Dustin replied almost immediately via telephone. I got a few other e-mail quotes and a couple of "We'll have to inspect it first..." replies, but Dustin knew exactly what I was talking about and assured me he knew what to do to fix the system.

He arrived a little early (called first too), and within an hour completed the work and had everything back in perfect working order. His final charge was actually a bit lower than his original quote. Dustin is totally honest about what he's doing, doesn't try to oversell or up-sell you on anything, and does high quality work at a great price. I can't recommend him strongly enough!

Air out on an Arizona summer day is an emergency, even on a Saturday. This company answered my call, scheduled me right away, and came within a few hours. Robert was cheerful, clean and respectful. He told me exactly what the problem was, how much the repair would be, and fixed it on the spot. He reports that even if they have to order parts a repair will not take more than three days. He also said he stays on the job until everyone for the day is taken care of, because he doesn't want anyone to suffer with no AC! I needed an invoice for my home warranty company, which he provided, checking that everything was included. I would definitely use this company again!
