Ashley was our day-of-coordinator for our wedding over Memorial Day weekend. She met with us several times for planning sessions prior to the big day and always had her laptop ready to go with organized questions and notes. Taylor'd Events provides their clients with complimentary access to wedding planning software, Aisle Planner, and this was very helpful in organizing notes, contracts, payments and timelines with Ashley and our other vendors. We were a pretty organized and low-maintenance couple when it came to our wedding day, so I don't know that we can speak the best to responsiveness as we didn't have many questions and no emergency situations, but Ashley was always great about giving us detailed responses to our email inquiries in a reasonable amount of time. Our actual wedding day went incredibly smoothly, and Ashley executed every event and managed every person on our timeline to perfection! If you spend extra $$$ on one thing for your wedding, make it a great wedding planner, like Ashley!

We hired Jen Taylor for our wedding a year prior to the day, and Jen was just amazing! Getting her as our planner was easily the best investment we made for our wedding. It doesn't matter if you have a small or large wedding to plan, this woman will make it a dream! My husband and I both feel she just made everything easy and worry free, from helping pick our perfect venue to navigating appointments with all the different vendors. Jen got to know us so well in the beginning, that by the time it came to pick things like the flowers, I didn't have to say much about what I wanted because she already knew what I had in mind. Any time I called or emailed with a concern, Jen was prompt to respond and ease my worries. The result was a fantastic ceremony and party that was even better and more perfect than we imagined it would be. Thank you, Jen. You will be in our hearts forever.

Ashley Frodsham, of Taylor'd Events was our day of coordinator for an October wedding at Januik Novelty Hill Winery in Woodinville. Having never been married before, my wife and I had lots of questions and there were also lots of details we wouldn't have thought of on our own to consider. Ashley was great. Willing to meet us at our convenience and answer all of our questions. She was available throughout and checked in to make sure our stress level was under control. It ended up being a great day. Not without it's challenges (weather), but a great day none the less. Ashley made it seamless and if there were any snafus, we were blissfully unaware of them. Thanks for a great day and a lifetime of memories.

3 months before our wedding, we hired Alex C from Taylor'd Events to be our day of planner once we realized that we didn't want to be stressed out on the big day. While we didn't originally think we could afford it, we ultimately saved money, time and stress by hiring Alex help us optimize and plan. She is super knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. She also has this magical network of wedding vendors, getting us discounts, referrals, and contacts.
If you're thinking you can get by without a professional planner consider how much they have to do. They are the point person for on-site vendors, day-of deliveries/pick-ups, running rehearsal, running the ceremony, corralling the wedding party, keeping reception events are on schedule, making sure you take deep breaths!, getting you food, coordinating buffet lines, coordinating transportation, dealing with any and all issues, and cleaning-up after the event. That's just the day of. I don't know what we would have done without Alex.
Alex is always on it, and if she's not answering you immediately, it's because she's already half-way done solving the problem/question you just asked about. She gets it done like no other and she went above and beyond in every way. Here is just one example...in the days leading up to our wedding, we were afraid of rain during the ceremony, which was outside. Alex knew this might stress us out, so she asked us if we'd like to rent umbrellas just in case a few days before. She picked out some in our wedding colors and two white ones for us. Sure enough, half-way through the ceremony, it began to drizzle. Within 20 seconds, two white umbrellas went up, simultaneously over our heads (with our maids of honor holding them). Alex coordinated that on the fly, and the pictures turned out amazing. I'm actually glad it rained! The point is, we didn't need to stress over anything. Alex had us covered, literally. Cannot say enough good things about Jen Taylor and Alex Chalk at Taylor'd Events. We had a lot of complex logistics for our wedding between 3 days of events, organizing lodging for our entire guest list, and a bevy of other things that could've gone wrong. The day went smoother than I could possibly have imagined. Every step of the way they were prepared to deal with all the unknowns that occur when you're organizing an event of this magnitude. They'll take all of the nitty gritty off your plate and be there to manage all those unknowns and allow you to just enjoy your wedding day.

Taylor'd Events made my wedding planning process absolutely amazing! As we all know, planning can be a bit overwhelming... but Madi worked with us from start to finish with all the patience in the world! She guided us through, gave suggestions, and made sure we turned our wedding into our DREAM day. She took the time to truly get to know us and also connected with our families so that come day of- I was able to relax and ENJOY the ride! If there is any question whether or not to have a planner for your big day- I say it is 100% worth it and you won't be disappointed with Taylor'd Events!!!!

I'm a professional photographer in Seattle and have done a lottttt of weddings. I've also worked with a lot of coordinators in my day. Jennifer Taylor is one of those coordinators that just stands out. She knows the industry inside and out and can easily not just help design the wedding but also coordinate the day of. She was recently on vacation down in Mexico but she was still emailing me and other vendors for an upcoming event to make sure everything was in line and falling into place. You need a friendly easy going photographer and Dj and other vendors. But when it comes to the coordinator you need someone who will make sure things happen when they are supposed to an she does just that. And she does all that without coming off like a major "b". Haha

Could not recommend Taylor'd Events more! I am what some might call 'thrifty' and I definitely took some convincing when it came to getting a wedding planner. I mean, how hard could it really be? Answer: a lot harder than I thought! I saw friends who got married without a wedding planner pulling their hair out with stress and friends who did get a wedding planner say it was the best money they spent on their wedding. I found this to be 100% the case! Jen and Alex were sensational! No detail was left unattended, yet I wasn't overwhelmed with decisions or planning. Whenever friends/family asked with that expectant tone, "so, how's the planning coming" I was continually amazed at the ease with which I could answer "it's great!" They heard me when I described what I wanted, found vendors that fit my needs, and then orchestrated everything. I am so grateful for their professionalism and the amazing day that was a product of their unending hard work. Eternally grateful.

Alex from Taylor'd, was our full service wedding planner. My now husband and I started our wedding planning from overseas and really needed someone to take the reigns. Alex from the get-go was awesome! She really took the time to get to know us, and picked up on our likes, dislikes, and just quirks as a couple really quickly. She was very patient with us, and was always really professional. When we would change our mind about things she never got frustrated, she was understanding and would get to work right away on finding other options. The whole Taylor'd Events team was great to us. All the interns that helped at our wedding were amazing, and when Alex was out of town on vacation Jennifer was really quick to respond to us and help us in our absence. They have great relationships with all the major vendors and even smaller vendors in the Seattle area. We are so lucky to have found them and worked with them. Our wedding was a dream come true thanks to them!
