SIDE NOTE: The first hour was the worst hour and I really wanted to give this clinic one star.

I was upset mainly because of an issue going on with the fax machines between this clinic and another one. It was irritating for me because I came early, filled out my paper work super fast and still didn't get seen until around 3:00 PM when my appointment time on my order form said 1:50 PM. Apparently there's a new system and a lot of glitches were happening. They needed different information and all this extra stuff. It was just annoying for me because all that should've been handled prior to my appointment. It got to the point where I reached out to the other clinic to have them fax it again after they faxed it "twice" already. Anyways...

5 STARS because of my experience in the ultrasound room with Elizabeth and another sweet lady! I forgot what her name is.. ugh. The room is gorgeous and perfect! My boyfriend wasn't able to make it because he works 12 hour shifts and we live all the way in the South Bay so I just sent him pictures! Our baby is so perfect and I never thought I'd be the person to cry seeing my baby on the screen but I sure as hell did! All I could think about was that I have a mini human inside of my stomach right now. Being a woman is wild.

My sweet baby was so active! I even saw him/her shake their head left and right. We all saw that and just giggled. It was such a memorable experience and I honestly will cherish it for a lifetime. Literally seeing my baby made me totally forget about the frustration I was feeling prior to entering the room. It was so crazy because I have a real shitty attitude and I'm pretty good in being in my moods for a few hours, lol. Instantly went away when I got to see my jumpy, wiggly baby bear. I'm excited to come back again.

Also, I was given a complimentary strip of a few ultrasound shots via Yelp when you check in. Take advantage of that, y'all!

I'm posting an update, Today my family and I went back in to Tate for a confirmation of gender at 17+2, we had another AMAZING experience. First off, we went at 12 weeks for the first gender scan and they said Boy, they were right He is definitely a boy!
I believe my sonographers name was Elizabeth,( I hope I'm right) and she was SOO amazing.. she took her time and made us feel like family, I was so grateful. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely sweet as well and I wanted to just hug them all lol

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. I made the appointment 1 month prior over the phone, they sent me text reminders and also sent all my paperwork via text link. It made our visit very smooth upon entering and to the point. We got to our appointment a bit early, and were greeted and welcomed by Catherine. She was amazing from beginning to end. She explains everything that she's doing and made us feel really comfortable. She got the cutest views of our baby, and was professional and sweet the whole time.

Will definitely recommend to any expecting parents. It's such a experienced to be able to see your baby.

Both times coming to this place I had the same Ultrasound Technician (Elizabeth) hands down the sweetest person in this building. She did my gender at 12wks. (Baby girl) Then fetal anatomy at 21wks. (Still a girl) lol told her about my shit morning (didn't get to eat and rushing from Sacramento) and the receptionist when walking in (rude girl) and she made it so much better for me (got some pictures of baby girl) she's the only reason why I'm writing this review. If I ever have to come back to this location I'm asking for her!

I came here last month to try and see my baby's gender. The office is great, the tech was super friendly and she was 100% right. I wanted to wait to write a review til we had another confirmation on the gender.

My only complaint is the wait time. Especially when there was literally one lady waiting in front of me. 45min wait with an appt is alittle much!

Stand by what I reviewed because for us it was very disappointing and a factual review.
I PAID $5 for the extra photos which I did NOT receive.
The sonographer was fast, with no bedside manner, and rude.
I read you doubted my knowledge of ultrasound so I've uploaded a pic from my most recent ultrasound done elsewhere. They documented the subchorionic hemorrhage as well as the due date changing most likely due to the calipers being in a more accurate position. Had the sonographer took just another 60 seconds to be cheerful, or even just decent, or at the very least to measure at the boarders, we wouldn't of left a negative review.
It's free to tell parents "here's your baby!" And pause for ten seconds and maybe see the heart flicker. I think every parent can agree this is an exciting day, and for those with a previous loss, it can also be scary.
Kindness is everything.

I had a horrible experience with Peek-A-Baby in Modesto (you get what you pay for)

I was told I was having a girl up but she couldn't get a clear picture. Needless to say I had to go back multiple times with each time being different.

My husband mentioned Tate (we used them in our first pregnancy) so I called and explained to the receptionist my dilemma. They got me in the same morning. I felt so relieved like they actually cared to help me!

When I got there the place was clean and the staff was friendly, just like I remembered before. We didn't got to them at first because we figured peek a baby was cheaper (AGAIN YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR)

When I got called back the tech (unfortunately I was trying to hide how emotional I was that I don't remember her name) was empathetic with my PREV experience at a different place and really took her time to give me some education on what a licensed ultrasound tech does and what the difference was between them and the other facility.

The second she turned the screen on clear as day I WAS HAVING A 3rd boy!!! For a split second I was sad that this mama won't be having any girls. She made my experience so pleasant that I couldn't even stay sad. I was just excited for my baby to get bigger so we can come back here and see him in 3D

They also gave me some money back since she didn't need to use HD for my gender and used the standard method (not sure what It was) lol.

I will 100% recommended this business! The staff know what they're doing and they make the experience worth every penny spent!

Came in at around 4:20 on 08/17/20 , my appt was at 4:30pm . It was empty so the receptionist took care of us (my husband and I) right away. After we paid we went in the room for our ultrasound to find out gender at 12 weeks and 4 days ... Elizabeth took care of us and she was AMAZING !! She was funny, talkative and made us feel super comfortable. So all 5 stars are for her!!thank you for such a wonderful experience:)

The employees here are so amazing and very talented at what they do! They are all very friendly and I'm so happy with the service. Not only do they perform ultrasounds but they also do mammograms as well! I am very impressed and will be coming back here in the future!

I was in this morning to see my baby ! 3D and bought the Emerald package. I want to let everyone know that this ladies are Amazing ! The moment you walk in the receptionist greets you with friendliness and courtesy . Once I was called the Tech had such awesome people skills , was very kind, patient and didn't rush . She was accompanied by another staff in the room and they bought were explaining what we were seeing on the screen the babies body parts and made our experiences magnificent ! I will be coming back when I further due ! Thank you ladies !!
