I did a review on this restaurant almost 10 years ago and the food has still been consistently good. I ordered the chicken coconut soup hot pot and the avocado shrimp which was delicious along with the appetizer platter that has a little bit of everything and it did not disappoint. The owner of the restaurant came out from the kitchen just to verify the food was high quality and it was. If you're in the Jonesboro area and you're looking for really good Thai food please stop it Taste of Thailand.

Oh and for the Southerners, they have the BEST Sweet Tea! The place has no curb appeal but the food is Grrrreat!

Slow Slow SLOW
NO DAMN EXCUSE FOR IT!!!
Watched people come in order a order to go and leave before we got our food.
We have been eating here for a long time. Two moves ago .
This is the worst service/food I've ever had here.
We placed an order with no green peppers,
They brought it out with green peppers anyway,
Then told us we couldn't have it that way, that something else would have to be done.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jan 22, 2024
I'm going back! I ordered the drunken noodle with beef and the cream cheese rolls. Both were amazing. Can we say "portion size"? I ate on those noodles for 2 days and not ashamed of it because the portion sizes are huge and it may have tasted better on the second day because the seasonings settled in. Anyway, whenever I try a place for the first time.. I like to go in and see what's going on. My observation: steady traffic, people getting food to go and eating in, and I think I met the owner (based off previous review pics). The only con was there was a wait, but it was the weekend and food was worth it. Looking forward to trying something else on the menu.

Absolutely delicious! We arrived right at 11am when they opened. We ordered Thai wings, spring rolls, chicken pad Thai and combo fried rice. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! The amount of food you get it great for the price you are paying. Totally worth coming here if you live in the area or passing thru for travel. Staff was friendly, the food was served in reasonable timeframe and pricing was not bad

They have amazing food. only restaurant in this part of town that sells good thai food. Both employees on the front counter are amazing and try their best to take care of you.
Good price for the quantity and quality of food.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ashli S.Atlanta, GA291235May 27, 2023
We recently visited Taste of Thailand for the second time. The food is delicious and seasoned to perfection. The portions are great and the staff and service are great.

Service was great /food was not the best. Not sure if it was because they were about to close but nowhere near authentic. Egg noodles for the drunken noodles instead of freshly made not the best in my opinion and the sauce was too sweet (Americanized ) Fried rice was mediocre. Wanted to treat my husband to an authentic experience but we were disappointed. Thai chicken wings were unflavored and bland. Only thing that may have been authentic enough for me was the sticky rice. And for reference my mom is from Bangkok so yes I know what I'm talking about. Not sure what people are use to here but this is NOT it.

This is among THE best Thai restaurants in the Atlanta area. My favorite is the chicken coconut soup which is loaded with sliced chicken, mushrooms, and onions. It is a meal by itself. However everything I have had there has been delicious and the leftovers are enough for another meal.

This is a no frills neighborhood spot but the food was delicious! Everything we ordered was hot, fresh and tasty. We had the spring rolls, chicken coconut soup, combination stir fry noodles, combination fried rice, and the duck pho.
