TAP Sports Bar at MGM Grand

I came by today with a few friends to watch the game and grab a bite to eat. Our server, Patty, really stood out with her exceptional service. She was attentive, extremely friendly, and made sure our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a casual outing with friends. Overall, we had a great experience, and Patty's outstanding service made it even better. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a fun spot to watch sports and unwind.

Located conveniently inside the MGM Grand so if you're staying there, this is a solid option if you're looking for nearby pub food and sports bar energy.

I've been here before and it's been solid both times.

We sat at the bar-top and ordered food via the bartender working and she was super nice and helpful. Our wait time wasn't long when it came to sitting, ordering drinks, and placing an order for our food. The TVs had plenty of different games on so you should be able to find something you wanna watch here. It's a great atmosphere for sure.

I ordered the nachos with chili and it's definitely enough for 2 people! I couldn't finish the whole platter but they were yummy.

I didn't eat the buffalo tenders or the bacon burger but across the board everyone really enjoyed their meal.

Had a good time here and the service staff were friendly. The food was decent, and drinks were good.

Patty was my server and was pleasant and attentive.
Would come again.

My previous visits in the past consisted of pre-gaming before heading out for the evening. My first sit down dining experience was on a packed Thursday night before the Don Omar concert.

We assumed it would be busy, so we booked a 7PM reservation via OpenTable. We arrived at 6:45 PM, checked in and they mentioned they would seat us at 7pm. What was odd was there were plenty of seating, but here was still customers waiting to be seated. I'll assume, they didn't have enough staff to utilize all the tables. We ended up eating at the bar since we didn't want to wait. The decor is your typical sports pub vibe. There's a center rectangular bar that houses a ton of bottles.

Steve was our server/bartender and he was great. Friendly and chichatted with us even though he was very busy working. The kitchen did a good job of getting our dishes to us shortly after ordering.

Both dishes were generous in size and prepped well.
Chicken FIngers: Crispy, juicy and tender. She received 6 large fingers and could only get through 3 of them. We were pleasantly surprised on the portions.
Cheese Steak sandwich: Melted cheese and steak were fantastic. There were so much cheese i had to use a knife and fork to take it down. And that's a good thing! The fries for both of us were crispy, large in size and tasty.

This was a nice pleasant surprise for us. The pricing is at a premium because of the location, but you expected that. I would have no issues with sitting down for more bar food if the opportunity pops. Enjoy!

I've frequented the MGM Grand a couple of times, but this place was uncharted territory for me. My wife and I decided to break the routine and venture into something fresh.

As we stepped inside, we were met with warm hospitality--a promising start. The ambiance resembled a top-tier sports bar, elevated beyond the usual fare.
The food? A delightful surprise, far superior to your run-of-the-mill sports joint. Our server, patient and understanding, didn't rush us even though we took our sweet time placing our order. And of course, being in a sports bar, I couldn't resist a beer. Alas, it fell a tad flat for my taste--I'm more of a draft beer aficionado, having sampled brews from various corners, including breweries. Our order included nachos with chicken and some delectable wings.

Next time, we'll explore a different culinary adventure. No doubt, we'll return here whenever we're in the area.

Typical sports bar with elevated food.

Hubby and I shared the steak sandwich & fries. It was terrific with a garlic spread, perfectly cooked steak and plenty to share.

I recently stopped by to try out the bar after work. I enjoyed the ambiance and service that I received. Patty, my server, ensured I had an excellent experience for the first time. I tried the New York Sour and Steakhouse Sandwich, which tasted great.
