I bought a green juice, cold buster, hummus, cookies, pasta, nofredo sauce and GEEZE, everything was AWESOME! definitly will be going back for more nofredo sauce, juice and cookies!

The instructors teach a variety of classes and are extremely helpful. They also offer a great student monthly rate. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this studio.

It's a little quirky and off the wall, but the owner is working on it and I can't wait to see the end result. The appearance doesn't do it justice for the amazing things this place provides.
