Food is fresh and delicious. Manager and staff are pleasent. Step up from fast food even if you wait just minute longer.

This is not Mexican food. It is American food. Putting food in the microwave and calling it Mexican isn't Mexican. I'm sorry to do this to you but I do not recommend eating here if you are looking for Mexican food. Taco Bell is more "Mexican" then taco time. The food is bland and has zero flavor. Tortillas are nasty!! It's 100% America. Putting beans on everything doesn't mean it's Mexican food. No Mexican food here.

Each Taco Time is different. So about this one, I'll say:
-- friendly workers
-- Corn salsa - only Taco Time I've seen this at.
-- hugest nachos.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Stephanie M.Pocatello, ID32905Dec 12, 2018
Ordered the burrito on special, it was terrible. Not even warm, and tasteless. Also ordered the loaded tots with cheese and bacon. These were terrible as well. Cold potatoes, cheese unmelted. Yuck.
Service was terrible. I waited for my partner while he ordered and the manager told me I needed to sit down like I was a child.
I'll never go back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Juliette A.Pocatello, ID195181May 20, 2020Updated review
Went through the drive thru today. Line went quickly and fast service. Bad quality of food AGAIN! Taco was small and skimpy, hardly any meat in it, there must be a shortage on lettuce and tomato because that was also minimal. Tater tots were cold as always and hard as a rock. Bean burrito was nothing special. We asked for onions on the burrito and there wasn't any given. Bad quality of food today! I will wait awhile before I ever go back.
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0May 18, 2020Previous reviewI visited the drive-thru again. I wonder why I do this to myself? The kid at the drive-thru was very attentive and polite this time. He was actually paying attention and smiled. The food was just ok. Nothing really monumental. The taco meat was greasy and runny and made the hard shell very gooshy and soft. The tater tots were too salty. The bean burrito was the best part of the meal. Fast service.
May 10, 2020Previous reviewWas just there yesterday in the drive-thru, the kid working the drive thru was so slow, the line was taking forever. He looked like he was 16 if that and he acted as if he was stoned or special needs. Either way he should not be working a fast paced spot like the cash window, obviously poor management choices. There are other undesirable people working there as well. I question who hires these people unless they are signed up for some kind of government program or get a tax credit for hiring some of them? The tots were hard and cold, they had been sitting awhile. The taco was a taco. The bean burrito was skimpy and cold. I have had better at other Taco Times. It's worth a drive to Blackfoot for better quality.

The best Taco Time! Owner is very active in this business. We stop in whenever we visit Pocatello. Food is fresh, and employees are very friendly and helpful!

I can't even eat at any other taco time because they can't compare with the quality and service that Pocatello offers. Always good food and company when visit here

The food tastes okay for fast-food Tex-Mex, but that's it. Drive-thru service is slow, the food is cold when you get it, and the workers are kind of rude. You don't just shove a bag of food out your window and then slam it shut without apologizing for making them wait for 20 minutes after taking their money.

5 Alarm Burrito Review - On the first bite, the 5 Alarm Burrito from Taco Time will punch you in the back of the throat. The second bite will have you looking for the nearest fire alarm because you think you are seeing flames. By the third bite, things begin to settle down until you remember that your mouth is on fire. The 5 Alarm Burrito has meat, refried beans, melty cheese sauce and the fire that Prometheus is rumored to have stolen from the gods all wrapped in a grilled tortilla shell. The heat is sudden and intense but doesn't overstay it's welcome. The cheese sauce is rather generic and is lumped to one side so you're not getting a proper taste with every bite. The 5 Alarm Burrito is a little labor intensive to make but is a bargain at $1.59. This menu item is great for heatseekers.
