Honestly I love the food at Taco Bell, and their limited edition foods to try out. I know if the lines are long there they take a long time because the workers don't get paid much( nothing against Taco Bell). I would go to Taco Bell if there are less customers in my opinion, and it worked out well for me. The place looks clean while I was in there.
If you order from the Taco Bell app they will make your order last than first which sucked for us, but honestly I don't get angry about waiting, and if you're in some rush don't order on the app I think, and if the restaurant is full of people, go to another restaurant.
Overall pretty good restaurant, and tasty food. I wished that they fixed the system so that they can get everyone's order done.
I wished they payed the employees like $18.90 an hour for their hard work. I wished that they pay the employees $20 an hour so that this place can be pretty fast paced. I appreciate your hard work employees and I'm sorry guys that you couldn't get good pay. If I owned Taco Bell I'm going to make sure you guys get good pay. I'll add three stars to this review, because I love the food there, and I think I'll give them a break if you know what I mean. PLEASE PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES GOOD. If I see good reviews and if the employees get good pay, I might go there all the time I think.
Aug 22, 2023Previous reviewToday we were ordering our food, and no offense to Taco Bell but the truth is that our order took so long, and I'll tell you why.
I ordered my food on my app then we waited 20 min inside for our order. We asked the employee nicely about our order, and he said that they only do kiosk orders first then mobile orders last.
We waited a couple minutes, and my mom decided to leave.
To be brutally honest, I love the food there, and I understand that the employees are hard workers, and the service is slow because they don't get payed enough. I wished that the employees got paid like $20.50 an hour in my opinion for the fast service.
I don't want to be negative it's just that Taco Bell needs to pay their employees more. Man I feel bad for the employees. If I see a lot of positive reviews, and if employees get good pay, I might come back.

Sometimes their drive thru's take a long time, and I wished that the employees got paid more so that the drive thru can go faster, and the staff seemed to be nice. Tried to order well before closing time via a delivery app. Cycled through 5 drivers ultimately having the order canceled because this location would not finish preparing the order and closed so they would not have to. This location flat out doesn't even want your business so indulge them and look elsewhere.

I just spent 45 minutes waiting for an app order to be told they ran out of all food! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! They had 5 different vehicles waiting in the front and never told us anything until I finally went back through the drive thru and others followed. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!

They have been so great!! My tacos are perfect, there's no wait time and when I ask for mild sauce they give me enough to more than take care of what I've ordered!! Seriously, I'm so happy they are back to being one of the best Taco Bells!!
Nov 8, 2022Previous reviewHorrific drive thru experience! I made a mobile order 15-20 minutes before arriving and still waited 45 plus mintues in the drive thru! Tons of people waited in line only to find out it was mobile order only. I literally kept turning my car off because It would take at least 7-10 minutes for them to get food to each car! I use to love this location and would have given it a much higher star rating a couple years ago but after my recent experience I'll never go to this location again even if it's closer to my home. Fast food that takes over 45 minutes is absolutely absurd!

Well--I believe in second chances .Was hungry ,near Glenwood and not in the mood for Char Grill .Saw Krystal's revised review and decided to give this Taco Bell another chance.
TODAY (Tuesday) the Glenwood Taco Bell had a 96 Health Dept.rating .The eating area looked very neat .The new manager Jessica was very interested in good service .My soft chicken taco which has not been made correctly in over 4 years was perfect .The steak quesadilla awaits judgement but I am happy enough with the outcome so far to go ahead and give them a 5 star rating .Hopefully it will continue to be a good experience .
Wednesday (next day ) Edit : Went back the next day to see if this good experience was a fluke or not.
The Lady Mgr.was not present .The staff did not seem to know what to do about a cash purchase not being done at the Drive Through window .Staff kept looking around as though someone else would jump in to deal with the cash .It turned out that no one claimed to be " signed in to do that".
There was a problem with a Door Dash Driver that kept coming to the Counter for help ( finally a bilingual Customer solved that issue).
Eventually they took my money and gave me my food ..Yesterday my 2 food items were perfect .When I finally tasted my Mt Dew though it had no syrup and was just carbonated
Today the same two items still tasted great.The steak quesadilla was a mess .The meat was piled up in two areas leaving a LOT of plain tortilla (no sauce requested ). The taco was also messy but not as bad in appearance .Did not get a Drink
As I walked out the Acting Mgr.finally spoke up and apologized for the wait .Everyone had been pleasant but not overtly friendly through the whole experience . .
So the rating is going from 5 stars to a 3 .
I'd still rec.going here if you have the time and patience because they did not mess up my otder's ingredients and it really was flavorful .
By the way --if you pay with cash --complete the electronic check-in.At the conclusion it will ask your payment preference .If you indicate cash it will direct you to the counter where you will pay BEFORE your meal is made .

It use to be the best in the area
They are having sone serious problems now with consistency

I do not trust the two near my home .The food was outstanding here as was the service
I ate here recently while the Dining in option was closed and had nice young ladies working there -- both taking orders and giving out the food .
The order was correct and neatly packaged
Today I ordered my regular Soft Chicken taco
It's an add -on that is clearly available
I guess the Price of chicken caused the price to double --but if you are going to eat at Taco Bell it's about the healthiest option they have
I went inside and watched as the Mgr interviewed new help and two people worked their bottoms off filling orders .
It seemed like a long wait while multiple car orders were filled but it was actually only 4 minutes .
Hungry I started devouring my taco before I realized it was very very greasy
The lady working so hard apparently did not know that a Chicken taco did not mean you add chicken to a regular BEEF soft taco /--It had both meats and it was Nasty .
Since I have had such good experiences I called the store rather than firing off a " letter to Corporate "
You know these days some people say they get more money by staying at home than working
The ladies who filled my order a few weeks ago were nowhere in sight so I think a new crew was at work ....which involves people learning to do a lot of new things -- under stress .
So let's give this site a second chance and see what happens ,The Mgr gave me her name and said she would make it right the next time I came in .
Folks --it's only a Taco and no one seems to purposefully be trying to cheat anyone .

Just stop at the location and the guy that's taking orders already has attitude speaking and still get order wrong coughing on the speaker and just making me want to drive off and I wished I did I didn't get my tacos I wanted and they gave me a bag full of cold soft tacos makes me feel like food is old also seen other employees laughing as I drove off and I had a funny feeling about my food but it's a bad storm going on so I'm in a rush to get safely home and as expected the order is wrong I ask for 3 supreme tacos and I get beef only with 3 extra cold tacos man this is why I tell every do not eat Taco Bell the employees don't care and it shows

My spouse said "remind me not to go back." This is the Taco Bell on Glenwood. We had a take-out order. When we got home, this is what we had. No joke! This was the order of $1.99 fries. They forgot the fries and the sauce!
They always forget something on the salad, whether it be the sour cream, the beans...this is just a sad-looking salad, especially for the price. The crunch wrap is essentially a tortilla with some lettuce and tomatoes.
Wanted to add to our order, cashier said we'd have to go back thru the drive-thru (note she was the one taking orders, collecting $$ and handing us our order - and she wanted us to drive around to talk to her again - she wouldn't let us add to our order...I think this is a business faux pas).
This food and service is poor. I'd love to go work there - maybe I should, but I already have three jobs basically.
Do you think if they paid employees more, they'd be more motivated? Do you think the employees lack discipline? Employees don't care because it's not their business. And obviously the franchise owner doesn't care. I think the blame lays squarely with the franchise owner. The owner is responsible for the training and food quality. Every time I leave an online order, it takes forever for anyone at the store to acknowledge that the order was actually placed. This Taco Bell needs to have a better method of taking in online orders or at least caring to get it done. Never once has it been a smooth ride here. It took 30 minutes to make a simple order in which we had to call the door dash associate to clarify what is going on. Gotta do better guys.

I had the delivery driver ask if the sauces were in the bag and they lied saying they were, they are straight up incapable or placing sauces into a bag. I've gave them multiple chances and they can never do this even with the delivery driver asking them. They also have about a 50% chance of getting your order entirely wrong.

The food wasn't the best but definitely wasn't the worst the taco meat sometimes is good but sometimes it does taste kinda wonky and I do think the addition charges for online orders could be a little bit lower
