Years later & the reviews are still accurate. They go out of their way to mess up your order. On top of that, cheese is NEVER melted or hardly included at all. Have gotten multiple quesadillas with NO cheese from here. I'm a fan of taco bell... just not this one. ANY other taco bell does a better job than Pekin taco bell

Don't order from here. Find some other Taco Bell or drive 5 minutes to Taco John's. They will actually go out of their way to screw up your order here.

Was in there tonight and a nice high school boy that was working the counter asked the manager at the counter if he could go take some Tylenol for a bad headache. Manager said not until everything is done and went on to him about how she "had not even sat down since 9 am." And she even added a nasty look as she was saying that to this poor guy that was in a lot of pain....absolutely disgusting.

I came here the other night to hopefully get some good food. But I was incorrect. I got the new watermelon drink. They say candy seeds but I say candy no see. This is the only time I wanted watermelon with seed. This is a disgrace. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.

Having employees outside holding a sign, NOT wearing masks is doing NO BETTER than ordering at the regular menu. IT IS NOT FASTER BY ANY MEANS! It is ridiculous. The people holding the TINY menu were so far away it was almost impossible to read it to even place an order. It's much safer and much more sanitary to order at the regular sign. Than two people holding a paper sign, WHO HAVE NO MASKS ON, trying to repeat the order you say back through a walk talkie. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! And your employees are not asking if people want any sauce, then when I do order sauce they roll their eyes at me. So rude! Probably will take my business elsewhere from no on!!!

Their fiesta potatoes and their 5 layer burrito are the greatest things ive ever tried.

We stop at this Taco Bell on a rare occasion when we just want some fast food that isn't a burger. The food is ok, just ok. The value is good enough, however if you aren't watching them make your order, or double checking your order, it will likely be wrong. Our last two visits were exactly that. The orders were wrong even after the employee repeated them back to us.
The dining room is as clean as you would expect if someone who hated their job and/or employer were cleaning.

Online indicates senior discount free drink or 5% off. Employees were unaware of their senior discount. Assistant Mgr Penny said the Pekin store does not honor any senior discount. Crispy wraps and hash browns were soggy. Recommend you eat at the Maid Rite across the street..... yeah I know they are closed! Get it?
