Taco Bell

Literally three out of three times I have ordered here the food is wrong. Every time the vegetarian items still have meat, they randomly give you things from other orders and give your stuff to other people, and they have no quality control of any kind. In the drive thru they "forget" your sauces. They burn your food to the point of inedibility. Any other Taco Bell in this area is better, especially the one in East Haven I have been to them all, and this one is by far the worst. Do not patronize these folks.

This taco bell is terrible. Rude service, sloppy preparation of food, servings of ingredients like taco meat are too small. Don't bother with this place. Hopefully it will improve some day, if not just close it.

I ordered online. Door dash delivered with an annoyed attitude. Food was smashed and barely warm. Forget both drinks and no one will give me money back. Driver offered to bring drinks back but it would have been close to an hour for those to come. Our break would have been over by then. All around miserable experience.

Absolutely crazy. They sent us 5 quesadillas with only onions, no cheese. My name is Michael and my balls are slightly misshapen. I was absolutely disappointed in my onion quesadilla. So I put my balls in it. And they were misshapen. How foul. Have some standards. Balls Balls ABSOLUTELY FUCK THIS BELL‼‼

The food isn't the problem here, it's the way it's ran. Poorly. I understand it's a Taco Bell and I'm not looking for 5 star service, but I am looking for a quick fix/late night snack and they don't even allow me to have that. My girlfriend and I get out of work late and EVERY TIME we go here the line is ridiculous because they are just not efficient. Actually the last 2 times we came here they didn't serve us at all, telling us they were "closed for a few minutes so they can get organized" ?? Or that the POS system was down. Not to mention they seem to always be out of what you'd like to order. If you're in the mood for a quick snack late at night, do NOT go here unless you want to get agitated. Drive up the road to the McDonald's, they seem to always have it together no matter what time of day it is.

Look its taco bell, I'm not looking for anything fancy when whatevers happened during the day has led me down the rabbit hole of getting taco bell for dinner.. but this place is RIDICULOUS. Always a crazy long wait time regardless of how many cars are in front of you. Every. Single. Time. Missing many items. Potatoes somehow burnt to a crisp but every single thing almost ice cold. Also, this may come as a surprised to these employees- but guess what cheese should always be melted on a quesadilla. Four times I've given this place a try, because frankly I do like some taco bell, but i think i finally learned my lesson last night.

If you like food in the Temperature Danger Zone please buy your food from here. Diarrhea is a definite when you eat here. How hard is it to make hot food???

I ordered food with beans and they didn't have beans which I understand but I also ordered grande nachos without meat that came with meat. I ordered 2 quesaritos and only received one and it didn't even taste like a quesarito. It was also incredibly difficult ordering, the staff was unnecessarily rude. I wasn't even given a receipt to fill out the survey for the actual order. I didn't realize how messed up the order was till I got home and it wasn't worth going back, especially without haven been given a receipt.

After sitting in the drive through line for 22 min the order was wrong. Items ordered and reiterated. Half the order was not entered because the girl "didn't hear me". Girl at window says we only got two" I asked to order the rest of the items as the rude, incompetent girl slowly closes the pay window. I motion to her to open the window she she paused and closed the window fully. The RT80 Taco Bell is notorious for its long wait and forgetting sauce but good god almighty, this was worse than the Lana/lashley wedding on RAW.
