Taco Bell

I've come here multiple times and each time something was wrong. Weather it be food missing, wrong food completely, or cold food. Every time they ask you to pull to the front of the store after paying and giving drinks. I get "wanting to keep a good time" but at a certain point it's ridiculous. You'd think waiting so long out front they'd at least get it right. You can be the only customer or it can be packed each time they have you pull forwards. The afternoon ladies are the sweetest but today it was the cinnamon twists.. They are inedible, they need to change the frying oil each twist had pockets of dark brown oil in them which made them disgustingly bitter!

This was the sketchiest Taco Bell I have ever stop at. This location is also a KFC.
We DID NOT eat here.
The lobby was closed; I think permanently. We were wondering why there was no cars in the parking lot. Now we know. From what we could see when we walked up to the door, the lobby area was full of "stuff". (Junk)
The drive thru had 3 cars waiting in front of the building and 1 placing their order.

From reading the other reviews they seem to be not very good.

DO NOT GO HERE! We've been to this Taco Bell a few times and we've had an issue every time. Today was just the last straw. Today we went inside instead of drive thru. Of the 12 drinks on the machine, only 2 were working! Our order, when it came out was missing items, and four of the 10 items that did come out were wrong! I don't know if it's poorly trained staff or lack of management. The inside is also torn up. Do yourself a favor and find any other location to go to.

Service is always horrible. They can't keep staff. The general manager and owner need to let this go. Place is lost

Worst Taco Bell. They need new management. Take forever to make your order. They should just close this location down to be honest

This location is down right terrible. Literally only 2 guests in the dining room yet it took a really long time to get food from the kitchen. Kitchen staff was wearing blue gloves and no apron and could be seen chatting it up and touching all over his body with his gloves. Condiments station was literally empty and many of the slots in the drink station were not labeled for drink options. No lids for cups and no straws. Terrible selection of places for lunch today. Wish I had taken my daughter somewhere else.

We ordered Taco Supremes and the Taco Pizza at the inside counter, to-go. At the time the drive thru lone was around the building and there were two vehicles waiting for their food at the front of the building.

We took the food home to eat and when we opened our food we discovered that it was all cold. It didn't seem like the tortillas jad been heated at all, and the beef was barely warm.

It had been a long time since visiting this particular Taco Bell, since our past experiences at this restaurant had been bad, but we decided to give it another chance. After this experience it will be a long time, if ever, that we try them again.

The only positive thing I can say is that the young lady who took our order was pleasant, attentive, and professional, it's just a pity I can't say the same about the food.

Waited 35 min with my pregnant wife to get cold food that was all wrong.this is the worst Taco Bell kfc I've ever been too

The service at this place is terrible. On one occasion after ordering and paying at the window, I was told to pull to the front of the building. I sat in front of the store for 20 minutes...there was no one else there, inside or out...finally someone came out to ask why I was sitting there. They hadn't made my order and had forgotten. How does that happen? It was only about 8pm and they were empty, now I know why. Every time I went back it was the same story after paying..."pull to the front"...even when there was no one there. On top of that they can't get your order straight. I've resorted to driving all the way to Montgomery when I want Taco Bell. This location in Magnolia is garbage.

I ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes and a bean burrito. It tasted like no other Taco Bell I've ever been to. Stale shells, it all tasted off. I had to take the bean burrito back because beans were leaking out so badly. I had them remake it and it was still just as bad.

The place seems to be ran by zombies, as everyone is moping around. Only 1/2 the drink machine works, no tea in sight and don't forget about the slime growing out of the ice machine!

The entire building needs to be demolished, staff fired and start over.

Don't even get me started on the drive thru, there is plenty to read in the other comments!
