Taco Bell

the only good thing about this place is it's a taco bell. ive been here numerous times - so slow it's terrible. every time. and staff doesn't seem to be there for me. never ever go here unless your starving and everything else is closed. this last visit the food wasn't even hot - cool centers, oddly. the soda wasn't filled to the top, no straw. the wait was forever - got to the window and the guy had to close the window because they were yelling at one another (seemed happy) with surprising expletives. so - long wait, bad product, incomplete product - what's to like?

At drive thru the lady said they only took mobile orders, so we made a mobile order and went back to the drive thru, but she said they were closed then. it was at 10:50 pm

We went to this site to order take out about 10:30 pm on 7-3-2020.... I ordered my grandson a meat taco because he does not like anything else on his taco..... they gave me a teaspoon of meat on a large hard taco shell.... so here you have a taco shell and nothing else basically... but a small teaspoon of meat!
I posted the picture just so you could have a laugh...
Makes me wonder.... if you order a regular taco....is this really all the meat you get on it....
My suggestion, go to McDonalds or Burger King... at least you know you will get meat if you ask for nothing else on it!

Ordered fiesta potatoes through the drive thru. When I got home, I saw the potatoes were all burnt and as hard as a rock. The sporks they give you to eat the food couldn't even pierce the potatoes. Complete waste.

Always messes up my order. Wait 10 mins in the drivethru at 8:15 on a Monday night??? Ordered 3 taco supremes no tomato.... came up on the screen and on the receipt but when I got home and opened them they had tomato's all over them.

I have frequented this taco bell on more occasions than i'd like to admit and overall there was maybe 1 time when I received the wrong order. Fast service and friendly staff! There is one gentlemen working the drive thru during the late shift that is very stingy with the hot sauce packets, so the star is knocked off for him. Do you really think I can feast on my crunchwrap and 2 tacos with THREE fire sauce packets? No sir. Please stop being the low yield sauce man and dole out those delicious packets!

Great customer service. Phil the manager witnessed me throwing away a free taco card because it was expired. He gave the free taco anyways. It's hard to find a fast food restaurant willing to go that extra mile.

They fucked my order up when it wasnt busy. How hard is it for no tomatoes on a crunch wrap with 3 cars in the drive thru

If you are in the mood for Taco Bell, I'd suggest going to this store. Having gone many times during peak lunch and dinner hours, the service has always been great. The food is consistent, which sometimes varies at other stores in this chain.



(as a side note: I have had some of my worst customer service experiences from other Taco Bells)

It was an average taco bell, nothing extraordinary about it but I was pleased with the meal.
