Dana R.NY, NY235715305Jan 15, 2023Love this Taco Bell. Clean and does not smell like other places usually do. Nice and big plenty of seating. Nice touch screens to order food and it's made pretty quick. Most people here have a drive-through, but I actually park and sit inside for some peace and quiet.

Worst taco bell I've have ever been to...
Unfortunately the manager Marie appears to be incompetent ...
Ridiculously slow to do anything including addressing a customer that is having difficulty using the app and computer screens that they force you to use...
Gave up waiting for her to speak to me after 10 minutes...
Prices are going up while quality is going down....
Not a fan of most fast food and now feel taco bell has joined that list again bc the manager marie was too busy to help me ... for the record she was talking woth other staff while taking forever to make a taco for someone else....

Pulled up at about 1050 thinking OK let me grab some quick food and go home and watch some TV... I work nine hours a day and value every little bit of me time... Fast forward to 1145 when I finally get my food 55 minutes later... This is unacceptable and is pretty much the opposite of fast food... A high-end taco place would have had my order faster than this location... And it is constant I am only complaining about it now for the first time but it is almost every single time I come here... I come all the way to this Taco Bell because my local Taco Bell over charges for the same products... But I guess since my time is worth money I am going to stop coming here

Place is just stupid! Taco Bell monitor your employees at this location.
They have no clue what is going on. Then tell me (the customer) i didn't order a drink which came with the #9 WT?!????? Then gives me an attitude like I was trying to get over on them for a free drink.

I went through the drive thru and they have a guy sitting outside taking orders but he's nowhere near the menu he's all the way before the menu I asked I would order a lot more food but I can't see the menu and he said well this is what the manager wants. obviously the manager has no business knowledge because if they had the guy sitting up by the menu you could order a lot more and get more business maybe somebody should School the manager on this. I only ordered four things instead of a whole lot more. they are probably losing a lot of business this way

Worst service ever, lost an order, way too slow and are just nasty. Didn't want to give a large cup when it was on the order. Do not come here.

Place is fulll of dust , not clean . My order was made and kept in oven instead of calling my name or serving it . After waitingg for a long time , went and asked . Then they were sorry and took it from oven and gave it to me .

Ok Taco Bell is very mediocre food but the man at the window who gave me my order was the best air of positivity. I wish I knew his name but he had a clear glasses frame and was just so nice. I'm not into yelp but I couldn't not leave a review the service at this Taco Bell specifically was and normally is always amazing

Some people might read this review and really question my review but here goes.
This is seriously one of the best Taco Bells I have ever been to. I have eaten here a dozen times and almost everytime, The food was actually good and HOT for a change. Most of the Taco Bells I have been to, The food is just lukewarm and never comes out the way I want it to.
There has only been one time where the food wasn't exactly what I ordered but anyone can have an off day and I am fine with that. Anyways, Give this Taco Bell a shot, You might be in for a surprise.
