Awesome experience here! I know it's a fast food restaurant, but these employees are fantastic. The gentleman working the window was just precious and made us smile, and that says a lot. Then as we went to leave they forgot to put our sauces in the bag, instead of just letting us leave without them, one employee actually ran out and caught us at the stop sign to give them to us. Great job Taco Bell! Hire more amazing people like them!

This is NOT the place to go if you are hungry.

Imagine a taco. Do you see it in your mind? Ok, that is NOT what you are going to get here. They must have a tool that portions out a few crumbles of meat. Sometimes the shell is full. But in those occasions, you just got more lettuce. There will be times your shell is HALF full, and even then, a few crumbles of taco meat.

This visit was my last at this location. Don't expect your taco will look like the one advertised. Yes, I know it is staged, but the taco you get doesn't even come remotely close. The only thing you can expect to be the same are the little salsa packs.

Your money would be better spent elsewhere and your stomach will thank you.

We keep giving this Taco Bell a chance. Every once in a while it is fine, and there have been some really sweet employees at the drive-thru, but last night did us in. We will never go back. My food did not taste right, then i found a hair in my side sauce of Creamy Jalapeño Sauce! This morning, my husband has wretched stomach ache from his Beefy 5 Layers. #NeverAgain

Probably the worst Taco Bell you can go to, I go here at least four times a week! I spend a lot of money here and I'm never rude to the employees but every time I come here they mess up my food and I use the mobile order app so it's says exactly what I want right in front of them, no miscommunication so I'm not sure what the problem is, I asked for a spicy potato soft taco with no lettuce I got seven of them and they gave me one without lettuce, the potatoes were hard and not cooked long enough and it was a mess, a few weeks ago my sister and I went and we had black slimy stuff floating in our drinks and she looked right at it as she handed it to me! I refused it right away and requested a new one, it just upsetting we can't go anywhere anymore to get food without problems, especially business we go to often

This is a very basic Taco Bell. It's like a coin flip every time you go there! Sometimes the employees are rude as all hell and sometimes they're very nice. Went there today and got the usual for the drive thru lunch break visit. After paying and getting to the second window the employee opened the window and handed me my drink without saying anything and then closed the window. When she opened again and handed me my bag i asked, "and could i please get some mild-..." before i could finish i was cut off with "it's in the bag" and the woman politely shut the window in my face as i said thank you. Won't stop me from going there every other day though, like i said. It's like a coin flip, and is also the only Taco Bell on this side of Aiken. Would recommend if you don't mind spending a small amount of money and the occasional attitude.

This Taco Bell had exceptional customer service today. Upon arriving to the speaker to order I was greeted very politely. After I placed my order the worker who took my money asked how my day was and she engaged in a conversation and made me feel very welcome. When I got to the window to get my food, another worker greeted me with a smile on her face and wished me a wonderful.

Addendum: THE ORDER WAS INCORRECT! Poor kitchen staff Get it together. Your job is is to give the customer what they ask/pay for.

This taco bell is so bad its hilarious. I have never been to a restaraunt where the staff is as rude as these people. Ive literally had people here roll their eyes at me, look at other people who need help and yell "customer needs help up front" AND WALK AWAY! i live in aiken and im not kidding every time ive been in here the staff doesnt give a crap and is rude. Not to mention they mess your order up and everything else is mediocre at best. 1 star

From great too awful ........Let me start by saying this place was going to have a GREAT review last night when I visited. Keisha/manager greeted me, very friendly, fast and speedy, the food was hot and delicious I was very impressed! Ran thru again today to grab something quick and thought why not it was awesome yesterday!! Sat in the drive-through for over 20 min. when I finally got to the pay woman said they had a glitch in the system and had to reboot everything. Never apologized just complained. Understandable but needless to stay 20 min. & drive thru u can't get out a once u pull in. At pick-up window the woman opened the window & literally tossed it at me & closed the window back. Will not go back & never recommend after this visit!!!!!

Waited for like 5 mins at the speaker. When I pulled up the girl told me my truck was to "high" to talk to them. The only thing high in that store was her! They have a camera pointed at the speaker box and an employee saw me. Then my kid still made me place a order and the chick rolled her eyes at me. Then she missed half my order. Worse taco bell I have ever been to. Stay away
