Taco Bell

The Dorito's taco to me is the best thing on the menu right now. My grandson likes to eat here so if your kids like to go to Taco Bell you should try ordering the tacos.
They are really good and fun to eat.

Decided to pop by one night on the way back from the office to the hotel and honestly, I wish I would have just held out for room service.

Positive with my visit, which is a tad different from many other Yelpers below, is the wait time I experienced. The drive thru had about 4 cars in it at the time I arrived, so I thought I would have a wait, however it took less than 4 minutes from order to exit. Once I got to the hotel, I realized the quickness of service here may have had something to do with the preparation of the food, or lack thereof. I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and a Soft Taco. The shell on the CGC had never hit the grill, it was just as it is coming right out the bag and the taco shell that was supposed to be soft was actually dry and breaking apart.

Service was decent, you could tell she was over it, but she was holding it together and doing her thing.

Overall, this will be probably be my first and last stop at this Taco Bell location.

I have been to ALOT of TBells in my life. As for this one, I can't say enough good things. The place is clean, friendly, and very Taco Bell should strive to match this Taco Bell's quality of food & service. Not only was my order teed up perfectly, but the staff was more than friendly. They double checked that all six of my items were in the bagg and ensured that my burrito had ZERO sour cream. I felt like I was at a Chick-Fil-A. Keep it up folks.

This Taco Bell location is severely understaffed. Waited in line at Drive thru for over 30 minutes. Disappointed.

Hours say open til 1am. Verified at 10:45 that they were still open and went to get a bite for a friend, only to get there at 10:55 and be told they are closed for the night. Seriously. Uncool

This location is a perfect example that customer service is DEAD!!!! When pulling up to the drive thru window one morning was told by the person at the window that they, "didn't feel like doing the drive thru right now, and I can either come in or come back later" REALLY??? For REAL lady!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! This location needs to be closed down. I've had several bad experiences before this one too, but this is it for me!!

We pulled up 2 hours before closing with an order for 4 people. A very skinny man child with long hair followed by a larger girl were very rude in the drive through, asking if we could pull to the side of the building. No problem! We are servers and bartenders - we get it. Then they bring the food out to us and ask if we are having a last feast (fat joke?) and we say we are ordering for more than 2 people. They scream laugh and run away? Have better people managing your store lmao

This was more than year ago so could be out of date...
We have more than once waited 15 or more minutes for a simple order in an empty restaurant. The clerk who has worked here 15 years explains that his colleagues are slow, but doesn't go help them despite the pile of pending orders.
At least the food is good when it FINALLY comes out.
The lady next to me complained to me and said she could prepare the food faster. I believe her. The staff looked confused.
The place desperately needs a manager.
Since then we drive the extra 10 minutes to another Taco Bell. We still saved time.

Honestly I was fine with the rude service and them being out of Baja (the main reason I go to Taco Bell) and sour cream. But I'm 100% sure they put something in my burrito to fuck with me... I was a little put out they didn't have stuff on the menu but I wasn't rude, didn't make a fuss so idk why they felt the need.

My tacos were fine but the first bit into my burrito I knew something was off. I've eaten Taco Bell for years and nothing has tasted that spicy. I looked inside and sure enough a crushed up spicy pepper or something that folded inside the end of the tortilla.

I looked through the rest of it and that was the only spot with it so I know it was intentionally put there. It's not like I'm dying or anything I can handle spice but wtf. Why mess with someone's food? I just wanted to eat dinner after work and I didn't do anything to you guys.

I don't ever get on yelp but fuck that, not cool at all.

Inattentive at the counter and dining area
No pride
Poor choice
Won't be back.
