TLDR: Gross table, bad service, lukewarm fries.
Despite my past visit, I opted to return with some friends from out of town. She had her kids (2 teens and 2 littles) with her, so I thought this would be a fun, family restaurant.
I arrived late from a dentist appointment, and when I arrived, they had recently ordered, which was fine. However, when I got there, the table was disgustingly sticky with some gross residue. I actually asked for it to be wiped off when the server came by, but it was so stuck on there that she appeared to 'give up' despite not getting it off. I wound up covering it with a napkin. Further, the table was very off-kilter, and it felt like it was going to fall apart.
I had recently had dental work, so my mouth was incredibly numb. I requested water, some fries and cheese fondue for there, and a burger to go, as there was no way I was going to be able to eat it there.
As I ordered, I requested fries for the kids and refills for their freckled lemonades. I'm not sure if the server was having a bad day, but they never got those refills, and we only saw her again when the bill came out. Another person brought the food and my to-go burger.
Due to the extremely slow service, the kids were all clearly wanting more fries, but they had to leave soon, so I requested their fries and refills to go.
Honestly, for how expensive it is to eat there, I'd have been happier if the fries were at least fresh, but they were pretty lukewarm/dried out. I probably won't be back. The service standards, food, and overall cleanliness standards have all clearly fallen, and it's not really an experience that I need to have again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Jul 31, 2023Previous reviewArrived and was waited briefly for seating. Although the restaurant was more than half empty, we had a large party of 8.
Upon being seated the table was sticky and stained. I asked the bus boy for a rag to wipe it, which he gave me, but the stain was unable to be removed and he just kind of shrugged.
The server came over and took our beverage order while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. When they arrived she came again and we ordered beverages and a round of waters (it's been a very hot summer).
When she delivered our drinks, a couple of people had left the table (toddler and parent), but we had their orders so we opted to place our orders. The server continuously rolled her eyes and had an attitude from that moment until we left.
Until the food arrived we did not receive any drink refills and still hadn't received our waters. The food came out with only a few minor issues, they forgot the sweet potatoes fries, and broccoli was cold, but the manager took care of them pretty quickly.
Overall the food was decent, service was pretty bad, and the overall experience was fine-ish. When you're paying for "bottomless" drinks and sides it's difficult when you leave with teens that are still hungry due to only 1 refill of each to give a higher review. - Destiny S.Chula Vista, CA8413Jan 6, 2024
Solid, you pretty much know what you're getting with a chain. All the servers, staff and management we have interacted with here have been above and beyond friendly and accommodating

Ordered to go, disappointed. I don't understand why they don't check and recheck to make sure that everything is correct since it is not able to be changed. The burger toppings were wrong and no ranch. They need to improve

The front desk manager that has been there, the lady has been rude! Basically yelling at us when they told us they texted us when they never did! She was super rude and after waiting over 45 minutes she "put us back in line" and that's all she said she could do. She was so rude! We come all the time and to be treated like that was unbelievable.
Our waiter/waitresses have been outstanding. And the guy manager (wish I could remember his name) went above and beyond to make sure we got taken care of.

It has been a while since I've ate at a Red Robin's, but my mom and I were in town one weekend and stopped here for lunch. It was a Saturday afternoon, but the service was super fast and our waitress was friendly and did a great job. The food was cooked perfectly and we had no complaints!

No porkiyama sandwich even though it shows throughout menu. Waiter said they were out.
I had BLTA croissant - all bread little meat so all you tasted was bread. Flavorless
Booth was dirty & we had to ask to have it cleaned.
Hubby had gourmet Cheeseburger - not alot of flavor.
Crappiest meal we've had in a long time.
Our server was great.
Did I mention no return ever?? We'd have to be pretty desperate.
There will be no return trip - very disappointing food.
French onion soup was ok.

Food was bad! I'm talking cheese sticks with no cheese in them, onion rings that are so dry that there's hardly an onion, and fried chicken that was more batter than anything else.

The server was very nice and did his best but they were waaaaay under staffed. Everything was slow including drinks, refills, and food. The fries were cold and the garlic fries barely had any garlic every time it was refilled. I wouldn't go back to this one.
