I recently took my Telsa Y in for some minor repairs and Kevin Mendoza took really good care of my vehicle and ensured that I had a good customer experience. I will take my care to totalrecon if I ever need any body work and would encourage any Tesla owner to do the same.

This was a much better experience than the one I had at the Tesla Service Center.

This was my first time getting my car detailed. Service was on 11.02.2023. I requested a full detailing (similar to getting it ready for sale at a dealership). I contacted Total Recon Auto Center and Jonathan was simply the best. He was my point of contact and thoroughly explained the different types of detailing available and prices.

On the day of the appointment (I elected to drop off my car, the night before), he welcomed me and went over the process once again. He showed another car that they had completed a detailing on. He also inspected the car in and out and asked me to point out any scratches I needed fixed. He kindly pointed one scratch which I hadn't seen before. I then received a call around noon-ish, informing me that my car was ready for pick up.

When I went to pick it up, Jonathan asked me to inspect the car and ensure that it was to my liking. The car was in pristine condition (I was a bit worried about getting in as I didn't want to put in any dirt). The outside as well as inside look brand new (I suspect, they look better than when I purchased the car - which was 14 months ago). The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. Huge shoutout to Jonathan!! I highly recommend Total Recon Auto Center. Note: they are so good and always fully booked. I booked my appointment over 6 weeks ago.

There were definitely some issues to deal with when my Tesla was in the shop. I reached out to Will and Alfonso and they apologized and explained the delays. I was also given a loaner car. Will kept me updated on the status of my car the whole way. I had really bad damage to the front of the car and was worried it couldn't be saved. Not only did they fix all the issues, but the car looks even better than when I bought it. Thanks again to the team at Total Recon!

This is the best body shop in the DMV! Someone hit my car and drove off while my car was parked on the street. Total Recon made the whole process so easy! I dropped my car off and was given a rental. They took care of all the negotiations with the insurance company and kept me informed the whole way.

They only use OEM replacement parts and the results were fantastic! The detail job they did was also terrific. I always take my car here and recommend them to anyone that needs body work done!

Excellent work for a great value. My car looks brand new, in fact I think it's cleaner than it was when I bought.

Went online requested an appointment for an estimate, got an auto reply and nothing more. Called back a couple days later and spoke with a nice lady who was able to get me an actual appointment but also requested photos. Sent photos, no change. Went in for an estimate and the guy says "that's it?". Why yes, it's a minor dent and scratch...do you only do big insurance-gouging business? So, I wait nearly an hour for them to look over the car and still no estimate. 24 hours they promise, nothing. I call back, oh the next business day at the latest..Still NO ESTIMATE! Its been literally 4 days and I haven't heard from them. What a waste of time. How could anyone entrust their vehicle with them with such poor communication, lacking customer service, and broken promises. Total ReCON

Booked far out, but responsive. Got a flat tire on the way there and they also changed the tired and put the spare on for me and offered to get me set up to get the tire replaced too.

I bought my car used, direct from the previous owner, and he definitely didn't clean out the car before selling it. I mentioned this to Total Recon, that I had just bought the car and everything inside the car belonged to the prior owner.

They did a decent job of cleaning the interior, but I noticed smudges/dirty/uncleaned areas on the window. They also touched up all of the dings and dents on the car and covered up the damage pretty well, did a great job with refreshing the headlights, and removing plastic from mods that the previous owner had affixed to the car. My biggest frustration was when I opened the center console after picking the car up and found trash inside. Same with the glove box. I would have expected them to clean inside all of the compartments when I purchased their total recon signature package.

So while I was happy with the exterior work, I was underwhelmed with the attention to detail in the interior.

I waited almost 2 months to get an appointment at Total Recon and it was well worth the wait. I don't have a Tesla, but they did an excellent job on my large SUV. I worked with Jonathan at the shop. It was expensive for a large SUV ($350) but it brought my car back and made it feel like new. Honestly, I was very impressed. Definitely worth it. I could not be happier. I very rarely leave reviews, but I thought that you all should know about this place. Drop your car off for the day, and when you pick it up it will feel like you bought a new car.

Off the hook, my 2008 F450 looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Highly recommend their detail shop.
