We had a complex problem of trying to give my son part of his inheritance without incurring or triggering a huge tax payment to the IRS. Bill Fritton Sr. came up with a solution that solved the problem perfectly! Call him, I think he is the person you are looking for regarding estates and tax planning. I highly recommend them.

After receiving conflicting information from a few different tax preparation services I have used over the last six years, equity search contacted me and offered to review my file and past tax returns to aid in my situation. After speaking with Bill Fritton for roughly 45 min he received my past return filings and offered to contact the Irs regarding my situation and he also put to rest any misinformation and or negative feelings I may have had from previous business interactions with Bill Fritton and equity search
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Mar 16, 2018Previous reviewUpon looking for tax services I googled equity search, this was after a few years of another tax company messing up my taxes. I sought out a company with longer track record, this is when i found equity search in Vienna Virginia. I came to them with a significant tax debt. Bill Fritton Jr advised me that they would do a power of attorney and act on my behalf, at this time he set up a payment plan to pay the irs and equity search roughly $1000 each per month after a few months of this agreement i terminated my relationship with equity search and began to pay the irs directly. The worst part of the entire experience with equity search is that they refused to advise me of programs to repay my irs debt without bleeding my dry and the tune of $2000 on a civil servants salary . At the end of the day they ill advised me on what the best course of action i did better just going directly to a irs.
