Do not recommend based on service experienced.
They called to schedule an appointment for my vehicle. Confirmed apt 2 days before. Morning of the apt they cancel and notify me they don't have the part. I appreciate the service provided by Roger and Dayshawan was quick and efficient. The ease of making an appointment was quick and literally when I arrived I was the last client for the day therefore they serviced my vehicle right away. Approximately took them 1 hour to remove the damaged windshield, which had a crack. Everything was great the only reason I took 1 star away was because they didn't clean the interior of my car after they completed the repair. The inside was full of debris and other particles but when I mentioned it's dirty they tried to clean it but it was not the best. Overall it was a good experience.

Went out of their way to help with windshield replacement process, which was difficult due to part backorders from the factory. Really great service, highly recommend.

I looked them up online and got a quote online as I made my appointment. I got text messages to confirm my appointment. I could have paid online before the service but I chose to pay after the service. When I got there, they were waiting for me. Angel the store manager was very nice to me and all the costumers that came. It's nice to see people who enjoy their work. David changed my windshield, he was also very attentive and told me it would take an hour to 2 hours but he was done in 40 minutes. I got messages keeping me informed when they started and when they finished. My overall experience in this place was great better than other location that I been to. I would recommend to my friends.

Had an appt between 1:30 and 530. Received a text at 5:56 telling me they couldn't make it and wo need to reschedule. I did try to contact the office at 5:20, but they already closed at five. So you have a problem with your scheduling that's after five there's nobody there to resolve it.

I have attempted to deal with safelite auto glass 3 different times. They have failed to show different 3 times. I think I have said enough. I called them and it's a race to the bottom of outrage. They go from dumb to not caring to dumber.
I cannot understand why my insurance company recommends them. Maybe I CAN. If you still feel the need to use this poorly run company, do so at your own peril. Came in for warranty service on poor windshield replacement job by ATLAS in Astoria.
Angel needed background on the 2 bad experiences I had with local shops (2nd was LIBERTY in Hells Kitchen) and was super understanding and quickly solved.the problem...which was replacing lost windshield trim.
He also pointed out two other defects from prior jobs including covering up VIN number and not sealing.windshield properly.
I strongly recommend this place for their service, speed, parking, reception, lavatory and wait area. Great team and communications through safellite...and of course Angel who was extremely welcoming and respectful.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Here's my experience.
1 no call no show to fix my windshield
2 unable to repair windshield must reschedule to replace windshield
3 scheduled 8am-1pm (which is nuts) got call at 10am that the service tech will not be able to make it today
4 rescheduled to a week later

I had my windshield replace at his place, but the mechanic totally screwed up my inspection sticker when he transferred it. I didnt check it, until I received 2 tickets for "Insp Stkr Mutillated"! I went to my car dealer and they told me there is a professional way to transfer the sticker and the sticker should not be damage at all. I am pretty mad with this place!
