If I could give one star I would. I arrived at the store and was turned around because the cashier wasn't going to stop filling online orders, talked to the manager and no know offered to help me with one ballon. I would never turn down a customer

Worst experiences consistently at this location. The "staff" here not only could care less, but they actually appear to get irritated with customers.
Final straw.
I did a curbside order & followed the directions of the email when I arrived. I sat in the parking for 20 minutes; I did think to myself, I wonder why it's taking so long because there are only three cars in the parking lot. Finally, I got out of my car & went into the store, which defeats the whole purpose of curbside. I had someone with me who is has a health risk so I didn't want to expose her to unnecessary risk, again That the whole point of curbside. But we both had to go in. I inquired about my order and the girl says rudely "name", "article or balloons" and other short unfriendly questions. She pulls my order & offers no explanation as to why I had to come in the store for a curbside. So I ask if it normal to have to come inside to pick up a curbside order? "Yes". I said what about the instructions on the email and text? "Oh yes we don't get those text notifications"
Perhaps you should update your email directions or your parking lot sign or put a sign on the window to let customers know.
Most businesses that are still operating are so appreciative of their customers-not here.
To top it off I got an obviously used and returned item taped back up that didn't even work.
This is not my first bad experience here, but I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. now, I am over this location.

This place needs a whole new staff and manager. It was my 21st birthday and I wanted balloons for my birthday, the guy behind counter tried to help with finding a balloons that I like. We saw one and he said that balloon comes in the number 21 but when coming to the counter it was a whole different balloon. Plus I bought a sash from here that lights but guess what. It doesn't work, they probably items like that up there and it probably been sitting there for months. This is the worst place ever especially for it to be in a upscale/ suburban neighborhood.

We wanted to purchase a Get Well balloon. A single balloon. When we walked over to the balloon area, we were rudely told we could not purchase balloons until after 6 (3.5 hours later). We asked if they could just do a single balloon while they were filling up dozens of other balloons for orders. They refused. Terrible customer service.

I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with Antonio at Party City. His rude and disrespectful manner of speaking left me shocked and disappointed. It's disappointing when customer service representatives treat customers with such disregard. I hope Party City addresses this issue to ensure other customers don't have to go through the same experience.

so im standing in a line of a good 15 people, they have ONE person running a register while THREE people are blowing up balloons. what kind of sense does this make?! none at all. i walked out.

October 27th,2022 I made an online purchase. I come into the store for pickup, the associates were very rude, manager was unorganized and wasn't helpful at all. I waited 30 mins for my item. No one asked if I needed help with anything. I had to find an associate working the floor to help;He did without hesitation.

Shocking to see a Party City with a two star rating... but after going there, it was obvious. They view the customer as an annoyance and disruption. When responding to questions they rolled their eyes, fidget, and provide half answers mainly while walking away from the customers. Although I thought it was just me I observed this occur with two other people while at the store, one bought nothing and the other two balloons.
I met with the manager as they didn't have enough of the peanut M&Ms I wanted to meet the three for 12 discount. And they wouldn't match the price of $4 each for the two they did have. The poor cashier was left looking at me as his manager said no and scurried off. Clearly the poor service attitude starts from the top.

I am not surprised by the negative reviews here. I showed up 20 minutes early this morning and didn't realize they weren't open yet. I just feel like in this day and age, opening early to accommodate someone would be nice.
Once I finally got back when they were open, I was shocked when after spending $25 on balloons and accessories, the associate wanted to charge me $.19 for a balloon clip, something that I think should have already been included in the price to keep the balloons from flying away. She also overall did not seem interested to help me find what I was looking for.
