My first time using this company was terrific! Arriving at 9:00 on the dot as promised, the two service people introduced themselves, explained step by step what they would be doing, and started the job. They were friendly and efficient, showing me before and after photos of my ducts, giving tops suggestions to me on how to minimize vent dust accumulation and how to choose a more effective filter. It was a pleasure having them do work in my home.

If I could give it a zero star I would! They were cleaning my hood system for years, and when my landlord decided to redo the roof we then realized that this company was not cleaning up on the roof Shute....at all ever! So the grease had collected so much so that there were piles of grease on the roof! That could've caused a fire! Never again!
