SWS Auto Detailing

Excellent work! my car has been never detailed since i first bought it at a used car dealership. I've never trusted anybody with my car, and i never took it a to a car wash or a detail shop. I thought it was time to give it a try and take it to a detail expert. luckily i found david here on groupon, so i decided to give him a try. David was spot on about everything. He tells me everything what their going to work on my car. We made an agreement of 120 with clay bar, wax and buffing on my car. My car has a lot of swirl marks and he promised me he can get out 60-70% of the swirl marks. He was going to charge me more for 100% out but i didnt have that kind of money to spend, but he did promise me it was going to make a difference. When I arrived back to my car, wow.... wat a difference. It was something definitely i cant do. He also gave me a bunch of free service cleaning. He also told me if i come bak in 3 months, he can guarantee me all the swirl marks will be gone again.

People plz do not be hesitant with David and his team he does great work and i am happy i found him. i will definitely be back again.

This detailing shop left much to be desired.

I made a last minute appointment, which they were gracious to accept, but on the day of the appointment, they were 2 hours late. Every time I texted them, it was the same response, we're almost there.

Since I had work, I left the car with my mom. She didn't know to go over the detail, never having done one herself, so when I came home and saw that there was crud still in my cup holder, dirt still on my dashboard, and my headlights still looked foggy, I texted management to say that the work looked incomplete. I even forwarded pictures and to my surprise, instead of apologizing, he blamed my mom saying that she should have told the men about the dirt still on my car. I was amazed as this wasn't what I imagined would happen, I mean, the dirt was there in plain sight.

Afterwards, he agreed to give me another free detail except that he completely disappeared. No return texts or phone calls. Literally went away like a ghost.

I had to reschedule my detailing a few times and David was very accommodating with times and days. Got the detail done on Saturday morning and wow it looks amazing! Car looks like its fresh off the lot. Good price too compared to other businesses that I had called in to ask. Even the inside looks new, I had a bunch of stains on the seats and they're all gone.

We had some guys working on our backyard and they saw the nice job they did and they also set up an appointment. They kept saying how nice and glossy it looked.

Absolutely outstanding service. Showed up on time. They were helpful with emailing back and forth. They were able to book me the next day to completely detail my wife's car. I ended up asking if they could wash my car and my mother's car and they stayed and took care of all the cars within 4 hours.

These guys take a lot of pride in their work. They conduct themselves very professionally by giving me updates via text along the way and worked with me to fit my needs and budget.

They made my wife's car shine beautifully and cleaned everything, carpets, seats and evn cup holders. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had made it clear on 5/10/16 that I would need to take off from work for the detail service and on 5/20/16, day of 8am appointment:

- Walked outside at 7:58 to set up the extension cords and wait for them
- 8am. Nobody arrived.
- Called at 8:02: No answer. Voicemail.
- Texted at 8:04: No response.
- Called at 8:06: No answer. Left a voicemail
- Texted at 8:15: No response
- Called at 8:17: No answer
- Called a few more times.
- 8:28: I finally receive a response that the van was in an accident and they have to miss the appointment.

After talking over the phone, the guy gave me two options:
1) Living Social honors a refund and I would still be able to get a FREE Deluxe Detail for the inconvenience, or
2) Living Social does not honor a refund and I would still be able to use the voucher after its expiration AND get another FREE Deluxe Detail later on for the inconvenience

I opted for Option #1 and received a refund. However, when I tried contacting them again to schedule the FREE Deluxe Detail, I didn't get any responses at all.

Those guy is a joke. Brought a groupon for a mini detail. Took 2 weeks to get an appointment. He call me on Friday scheduling the appointment for Monday at 9:30am but never showed up or called saying that they couldn't make it. I got a call later at night saying they got me the next day at 10am. Guess what? They never showed and called. Tried to call twice and not answered. Had to call groupon for a full refund. BIG JOKE

They did a good job. The car looks clean. Stains gone. They came to the location to do it and were done pretty quickly.

I purchased a groupon and it's a complete scam. They dodged my calls multiple times. When they did pickup the first time, they said text me your car model and we will set up an appointment (I asked for Saturday on a Monday). No answer, multiple dodged calls. No text back. I called from my work number and then he said he was driving and couldn't talk. Scammer. Shady business practices. Don't do business here

Amazing service and very down to earth attitude. I purchased the groupon and scheduled an appointment for a week later. The day before I had to reschedule due to personal issues. They were very understandable and had an opening a couple days later.
The detail took about an hour, and my car was CUH-LEAN. Shoe scuffs on the door jams that I thought were permanent were gone. They also vacuumed my entire trunk, including where the spare was. Overall, they exceeded my expectations considering I have paid way more for less service from other companies. I would recommend them to anyone.

Felt this was a bait and switch. Wasted 3 hours of my time and was told a full detail was on sale for $130 so i decided to try it. I have a Tesla 2015 almost new and had a 3 step correction done prior and coating. Took it to these guys and 1 hour later they did one small area and said there are swirls and defects all over the car when the car had no swirls on it. He said the full detail that was discounted from $260 to about $130 will leave scratches all over the car and that it would cost over 300 for a full detail to remove, remove what? So you will deliver a car fully scratched with swirls on a $260 job? The funny thing is the car has no swirls or real scratches.

Don't trust these guys if you have a high end or luxury car.

People, just read some of the other reviews and judge for yourself and the response from them.

Went to Concours Auto Spa and they were awesome! No issues and I'm sure they would agree after washing that there are no swirls or scratches all over the car.

I'm actually pretty surprised by the high rating on these guys. They flaked on me 2 times in one week, then pulled a no show the third time for my car detail. At that point I was beyond pissed at their irresponsible behavior and told them I was going to write this. They apologized profusely and detailed the entire car the next-- done in less than an hour?? hmmm.
The swirls that were left on my car were super obvious and I had to have it detailed all over again 6 weeks later from another place that did a great job and for less! They charged me $174 with a groupon so I guess this speedy swirl jobs real price is $300. Horrid. Won't be going back.
