All the negative comments must be due to old staff that no longer work at this location, because I had nothing but a positive experience. Swarovski has always impressed me with their high standards of how they treat customers, and my most recent visit really confirmed that for me. They have my whole heart here at Swarovski Prudential Center. They are genuinely kind, want to make your experience positive, and will go above and beyond for you. Thank you Swarovski Prudential Center!!! I'll be back many many times

Rude staffs! Horrible experience!! I won't go there anymore, I prefer to purchase from different brands rather than going to that store and dealing with a nasty person as a cashier! She was training a new cashier (they don't have customer service manner) and was transferring the same nasty orders to her! She was insulting me and thankfully I have all the conversations recorded!

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Came in to ask for help on ring sizing with the intention of buying a second ring and also asking for resizing service. They refused because the ring was made elsewhere.

I am a long time customer and member of the Swarovski "Club" at times too. I recently purchased theses earrings:
"ATTRACT TRILOGY ROUND PIERCED EARRINGS, WHITE, RHODIUM PLATED"
I was VERY disappointed to see they are beyond TINY !

Received a Swarovski watch as a gift. Wanted to ex change the item for another item or store credit. I have been on the phone with customer service 4 times, and visited two different stores multiple times for this return, and the company is now telling me I've missed my window for returns or exchanges, and there's nothing they can do - it's just a system issue. This is absurd. The Swarovski team has been leading me through the exchange/return process. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication internally. Overall would not recommend Swarovski for anyone - friend or otherwise.

Seriously really bad customer service. Door wide open, I walked in the store and I was kicked out because 'they were not open yet' ... at 10am on Thursday! After that rude treatment, why would I want to go back again?

Swarovski should have a better warranty if they want people to continue purchasing their products.
Who will keep the original box and their receipt or the gift receipt for a year???? I come here every now and then because a certain group of people I know love to get gifts from this place. I just don't get it. It's not real. It's not much different from glass or glue or whatever. Most of the jewelry isn't set in a precious metal and all of the "stones" are man made. When you're wearing it, it all looks like sparkly glass and no one knows that you just spent way too much money on it. Anyway, that's just my rant about Swarovski jewelry in general.
About this store, the sales persons have always been nice and willing to show me everything I wanted to see. They encourage you to try on the earrings which you watch them sterilize after you take them off. The sales associates aren't pushy and have always been very honest with me about what I should purchase. They aren't the type that start getting to know you though. Great customer service. I love their pieces and the staff is super friendly. Their items come with a one year warranty but I've never had an issue with their products.

Very unreasonable exchange/ return policy.
I purchased earrings through their online store. They arrived within 2 days, very happy about the fast delivery!
But I don't like the earrings on me. The receipt says i can return and exchange them in any Swarowski store, so i went to the store in Boston to exchange them to the bigger and more expensive ones. But i was told that earrings are a final sale. It doesn't say that on my receipt or online either. I have the original receipt and the earrings are in original packaging, i received them the day before. The store attendant was very rude and accused me that they have been worn.
