I desperately needed an oil change.
I really pushed the envelope this time.
Mostly due to lack of planning, but also because I was unable to take it to one of the oil change businesses offering coupons; and didn't want to pay a huge amount.
Back story:
I had to call around to area Buick dealerships to work on my truckie, because during my last oil
change at Art Moran, the cap was put on way too tight - then stripped at Midas, trying to remove it.
I felt stuck and had to return to an actual dealership for service because they would have the part that was stripped.
After calling a few locations, I called LaFontaine and was able to get in same-day.
Not sure why I didn't think of them 1st as I could sing their commercial jingle; it's so familiar to me.
I arrived and spoke with Alan at the dealership, who provided me with a quote. I then noticed that I had left my wallet at home. Alan was very friendly and understanding and proceeded to service the car while I figured out a way to pay without going all the way home to retrieve my wallet.
While in the waiting room, which has a coffee station and lots of seating, I received a text message that notified me that service was beginning on my car. I then received another text message with a link to a video of my car inspection. I thought this was a great touch.
I visited the restroom, which was clean. The dealership does a great job with overall cleanliness.
I decided to try one of the mobile pay apps instead of going home to retrieve my wallet. Alan helped me to know avail. We tried Google Pay, which they take, but couldn't figure out how to use it. After Alan spoke with his supervisor about my issue, he allowed me to go home and get my wallet and call him with the credit card number.
I thought it was really great of the guys to do that. The oil change with the replacement of the stripped part ended up costing $100. I am highly satisfied with the customer service Connor West provided! This was my first time buying a car and he got me into the exact car I told him I was interested in an 2020 Jeep Compass! He went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed within my budget. He even dropped the car off to my job! I have gave multiple people Connor's card he is truly the best! While we didn't end up getting a Buick/GMC, we were here for a few hours during our search for a car. Adam & the manager are very great people to work with. They definitely want to make sure you walk away with the car of your dreams and they take the time to make sure your application is perfect to ensure you get the best price. I would definitely recommend this dealer if you are in the market for a car. I would definitely return when we need another car! Highly recommend you work with Adam! Thank you guys!

I scheduled an appointment online and received 3 confirmation emails and when I show up they told me its not working and there is nothing they can do. I cannot speak to the service because it was never performed.

My roommate didn't even get to pick a car he liked. It all happened so fast and they knew he couldn't get financing anywhere else so they pull up in a car that had nothing, no key fob, no power windows, stains all on the ceiling and said they don't believe in car fax. He signed for 17 grand! They had him set up no fault which is his fault too he should have got full coverage. Anyways it was totaled several months later and they took off. So now he's going to be paying off a 17 thousand dollar car that was worth 5 grand for 5 years. I feel so bad for him. They should never have started him with a car that cost so much either way. These people are making a killing.

DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE
You will be charged a $495 "disposition" fee after returning a lease.
Make sure you READ the contract. The sales person will NOT notify you.

Don't believe anything this dealer tells you. I was lied to about options on the car I leased. I was told my last lease payment on my previous lease would be payed by dealership. 2 months later I received a bill from GM financial saying the dealership did not make the payment. I turned in my keys and my previously leased vehicle was sold by Superior while I technically still owned the vehicle. My salesperson asked for $400.00 CASH to get me a better deal. She refused to provide a receipt for the $400.00. Is this some kind of scam?
I visited the dealership trying to resolve the issues and I was asked to leave or they would call the police.

They have bad customer service I took my car and they wanna charge me 500 I took it somewhere else they did it for free

I've leased multiple vehicles from this dealership and each experience has been nothing less than smooth sailing. Fida, Preston, and the whole team work together to ensure a great experience. Car buying/leasing can be stressful for some, and the fact that I didn't have to leave my office to be able to get in a brand new car is amazing. They delivered it right to me and made the whole transition out of my old vehicle so seamless. Thank you Superior team!

I took my car in to have the rotors done and My SEATS were way back (I'm short and so are my passengers) both side mirrors were moved as well as the rearview mirror my radio station was on 9.55 the heat was off and the air was on, someone else key pad was in my car the lighter/charger port was up and. I just got the car up until a few days ago I've literally been in and out for work, I still don't know about all the buttons or gotten the seat comfortable for me. I only received rotors now I'm thinking why was it necessary for all the other changes to be made! I don't think that, that was apart of the service? It was only there overnight, I guess that was to long. Smh I give parts and service 1 star because there is no button for you got to be shittin me
