Supercuts

I made an appointment at the Rowlett location. Got there 5 minutes early and waited for my stylist to finish the client in her chair. After she finished and took the money she swept up the hair and then DISSAPEARED for 20 minutes. I asked the other stylist if "I had a 1:30 appointment". She said yes but it's not an appointment it's a reservation. Ok so I have to wait 20 minutes for my RESERVATION. That's B.S. My time is just as important as hers or so I thought. I have been coming to this location for years and I'm tired of waiting. I won't be back

I went to this salon expecting to get the haircut I wanted. I showed the stylist pictures of the cut I wanted. It when had a video on how to do it. Instead of getting the cut I asked for .... short with smooth sides , top with lift and spiky everywhere else I got a short cut thats smooth(flat) all over. I have had this style before so I know it can be done successfully . I left this Supercuts got into my truck looked into the mirror started screaming and crying out of anger. My hair is so short it can't even be fixed. All I can do is let this ugly haircut grow out. Make sure you get a stylist who understands exactly what you want before they star cutting

Laurie-Ann cut me the other day. She did a good job. She was pleasant and didn't take too long. I'll probably be back since they closed the one in Rockwall.

Possibly the worse, no actually the very worst haircut in my almost 70 years of getting haircuts.
I'm not picky, nothing special, just make me feel like I actually got a haircut by someone qualified to be cutting hair on a basic level.

I now need to go somewhere else, spend more money to try and straighten this mess out, if possible.

This was at the Rowlett location in the Tom Thumb Shopping Center at Dalrock and Hwy 66.

Definitely got what we paid for. Our regular Supercuts was not open yet post Covid with the person my husband typically sees. Butchered. Shaved him to his skin a full inch above his regular hairline exposing a tan line with absolutely no fade whatsoever. Just a blunt bowl cut line across the back. I should've done it myself.

Got a great haircut and style with Haley - she really takes the time to make sure the style she recommends and the style I thought I wanted was coordinated. First time at this location and I will certainly book future appointments with her. Love the online check-in service.

I want to recognize a stylist who took the time and attention to detail when I had my haircut this evening. If your anything like me, I dread searching for a place of business and being picked by a random stylist whom i've never met, let alone knowing their experience. It's a roll of the dice every time I bounce around getting a haircut in a random city and state due to work.
But, I will gladly recommend and praise Eva for her patience and professional opinion styling my hair and taking the time to truly satisfy my new and handsome look!

I've been going to this Supercuts for awhile now and Haley always does a great job. She takes her time and makes sure you are happy with your cut. Mine is easy since it's just a quick shave but she is friendly and takes care of her customers. I would highly recommend going to her.

Hailey and her team are the best hairstylist in Rowlett! They are very friendly and you never have to wait long. It is nice to have someone you trust cutting your hair!
