If I could give 0 stars I would. My driver was too focused on texting while driving and wouldn't pay attention to the road. I feared for my life while I was in the cab. The fact that this has a greater then one star review amazes me. Also, the cabs are very beat-up and could break down at any moment. Your best off walking wherever you are going rather then risk your life riding with this company.

Great service at a great price. Chad really takes care of his passengers... highly recommended for a taxi service. Keep up the good work. Cheers

So my friend had just called them, very polite because he's terrified of people to being mean to him. So he purely just called to see pricing and to schedule a ride throughout the night and the man on the phone gave him heavy attitude and hung up on him before he could even order the ride then he called back to do that and the man hung up on him again. After that I didn't like how he treated him so we decided to cancel and go another route and he yelled at my friend and hung up on him. I understand if you have had a bad day please don't make our night bad because of it tho

Super cab helped my kids get to soccer practice and they was really nice and was on time. Plus they don't charge for kids!!!

Their cost is high. Their drivers are uneducated and unfriendly. I absolutely do NOT recommend them. Please do not use them unless they change. I called to explain what happened to me, but they hung up without any respect.

At first they seemed good, but then when clients took the liberty to call the cab company themselves at a later date, Supercab charged my credit card since the people they were picking up said use the card on file. Supercab charged my card without getting authorization from myself/the card owner, and then they refused to refund me, even though it was not authorized. As a company, they should be smart enough to get a credit card authorization or maybe even call the card owner and not take the word of whomever they are picking up, especially without any authorization from the card owner. Will NEVER use them again since they are not smart business folks! Be careful before you give them your credit card b/c you never know who and when they will charge you again!

This place sucked I called the lady hung up on me and texted me back saying 8 or more people we had 9 this was bs this place was no longer than every other place I would say go to someone else

I called company for a ride to my car at 9 am this morning. A very friendly dispatcher told me that would have a driver there in 10 minutes. After waiting 35 minutes I called and was told the driver was having phone issues and it would be another 15 minutes or so. (I still have no idea why the driver couldn't pick me up first and fix his phone later). After waiting for around 10 minutes after speaking to dispatch for the second time, the driver called and said he was approximately 5 minutes away. 11 minutes later, I called and said "I'm the guy you called 10 minutes ago and told you would be here in 5 and I have been trying to just get a ride to my car for 45 minutes. Are you still coming?" The driver replied, "if you're gonna be a douchebag, I'm not giving you a ride dude" This is the worst, most unprofessional taxi service I have ever dealt with. Considering I travel 6 days per week, that's saying a lot. Stay away from supercab and its abusive drivers!!!i.

If I could give no stars this would be more appropriate. I had high hopes for this business, but it's obviously run from the point of screwing over the customers. Only fit for picking up drunk college students around town. The drivers are totally unprofessional and don't seem to understand a thing about service not to mention good driving skills. The dispatcher is a rude and unprofessional. I would say STAY AWAY. FIND ANOTHER WAY TO GET HOME. NOT WORTH THE RIP OFF!!!

This company cannot pick up in the city of toledo. they do not hold a city of toledo license.
