I've always found the people to be friendly and knowledgeable. It's nice to have little places like in our community!

Seven years ago I picked out 3 $500 maple trees and had them planted by this nursery. A month later all 3 were dead. They agreed to replace them for half price. I only could afford 2. They planted them
And remarked that the first trees were planted too deep. They did it. One of the 2 died within 6 months. Today the last one gave up. Neither of the last 2 flourished. They had few leaves in spite of our root stimulater soaks and tree spikes. My yard looks like the botanical garden. I can grow anything except trees from this nursery. I spent $2,200. and lots of time for zip. Never again!!

DO NOT USE THIS NURSERY FOR LANDSCAPING!!!!! They did work on our yard almost 11 months ago, and the job STILL isn't finished! They underestimated the materials, and didn't have enough landscaping rock to cover the areas we specified. They were supposed to plant five pink rose bushes, and the blooms are two different colors. The requested edging was never installed. They never told us when they were coming to work - they would just show up unannounced, and were very rude. Before the job was finished, they stopped showing up. We took photos of the shoddy work just in case, but never received a bill. Now, almost 11 months later, we received a bill with a bogus letter claiming a "fourth and final" attempt to reach us. This is the FIRST bill we received. This company is unethical, unprofessional and does TERRIBLE work. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!

Our job went just as promised - on time - on price - and dilligently pursued while at our location. They were also very patient and very helpful to us when we first visited their location to pick out the trees. We were not quick to decide and their assistance never seemed impatient - - - and their advise was always quite obviously well intentioned toward achieving a good result for us. They weren't cheap but they were competative. We had visisted other nursery locations to look at their products before choosing Sunset and decided that Sunset''s products were obviously of a considerably better quality than those that we saw elsewhere.
