Sunglasses in Anaheim

This was the easiest and quickest sunnies shopping we've ever done.

Hubby left his Maui Jim at home for our vacation as they needed repair. We found this place on Yelp and stopped by.

We told the friendly guy working here (maybe the owner?) our budget, and that we wanted polarized glasses. He quickly led us to the right direction. All hubby needed to do was to try on a few styles and we were done! In an out in 10 minutes top.

We did not encounter any unpleasant conversations with the staff mentioned by other reviews. In fact, he even reminded hubby to make sure to send back his Maui for repair! It seems that the staff is a huge fan of Maui and maybe that helps with our experience as well.

I placed on online order almost 2 months ago, I have not recieved the sunglasses that I ordered.
- I called sunglass oasis 1-714 520-5577 and 1-888-627-4721 surprise it doesn't work
- I emailed multiple times without any response succesful.
- I ended up filing a fraud case through my bank that i used to make a payment. PERSONAL I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING TO SUNGLASS OASIS.
- I email them a lot and they answer like giving you hope
- please SEND ME BACK MY MONEY and stop doing this shit to the people.

Sunglass Oasis is a tiny store tucked away in a little plaza near Disneyland. There are a vast array of affordable sunglasses to choose from here - this would be an ideal place to pick up some sunnies if you're on a budget.

However, I paid this place a visit in hopes of getting my prescription eyeglasses adjusted. Before swinging by, I called and asked if they would be able to tighten my glasses. The man who answered said he wasn't sure, but to come on by and he would see what he could do (at least he was honest!).

Upon my arrival, the man who had answered the phone (I should have asked for his name) was at the store counter, completely free to help me out. He checked out my glasses, tightened the screws, and proceeded to utilize what I assume was a frame heater of some sort (this was behind the counter, so it was out of my view) to warm up my glasses and slightly bend them to be less wide. He had me try on my glasses and - voila! They fit just right.

It was an efficient and pleasant experience, and he didn't even charge me. I made sure to tip reasonably, though, because now my glasses aren't constantly slipping off my face and I look like I have my life together.

Please don't order anything from these people. It's been 10 days since I ordered a pair of sunglasses. Not only have I not received them I haven't even been given a tracking number. I ordered them for my vacation. Going to have to go on vacation without them. What a rip off.

Go somewhere else for sunglasses. The man who works in this shop is not nice. He told me I was stupid for having the sunglasses I have and kept shoving sunglasses in my face to show me the difference between polarized and nonpolarized lenses. Ummm hello, why do you think I came to a sunglasses store if I didn't feel I needed new sunglasses? Don't insult me and then attempt to sell me something. He kept trying to keep me in the store even after I politely let him know I was no longer interested. The last thing he said to me was, again, how dumb I was for not having polarized lenses.

This place is awesome! Happened upon it four years ago while visiting Disneyland and the owner sold me a great pair of shades at a reasonable price which lasted four years before my dog chewed them up. Just visited again yesterday and got another pair which I hope will last as long, and the owner tightened up the screws on my existing pair while I was there. I cannot recommend this place more.

I placed on online order over 1 month ago and paid for express shipping, i have not recieved the sunglasses i ordered. I called sunglass oasis over 20 times and emailed multiple times without any response. I ended up filing a fraud case through my bank that i used to make a payment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY"

I placed my order with the expectation I would receive my sunglasses in 1 to 3 business days. It took over 2 weeks to receive them. I had to call the customer service multiple times over the course of multiple days to find out the glasses were out of stock. No one ever responded to my emails. I was not compensated for my inconvenience. I was promised an overnight delivery by a manager (ext. 700) once stock was replenished. They sent the sunglasses priority. I saved a few bucks on the glasses but was forced to chase my item down. I will not be doing business with them again. Spend the extra money and take your business elsewhere. This small business does not understand the fundamentals of customer service.

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would! Hands down THE WORST service I've ever received. The $$ for the optical glasses I ordered came out of my account long before the glasses were even thought about being shipped. I could not get into contact with anyone from online services, each time I called the automation told me to leave a voicemail. ??? leave a voicemail? ...exactly! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I had to report these people to my credit card company because I was afraid of fraudulent activity. Let me save each and every one of you the headache, go to Lens Crafters or Sunglass Hut or a trusted eyeglass company because honey, this is not the one!!!!

This company is unethical and a bunch of crooks. I ordered sunglasses three months ago. They charged my credit card and I never got the sunglasses. I've been fighting with them to get my money back. Check Yelp reviews before buying from them.
