A amazing bike shop. Just had my 14 year old Carbon fiber Specialized Roubaix comp refreshened. New tape, new chain, new sprocket, and it looks brand new. Great guys. It's like getting. New bike again!

If I could give them more stars, I definitely would! After reviewing our options, and taking test drives, we purchased two bikes on June 30th. We were very happy with working with Alphonse in making our selections. One of the bikes was a Sun Trike, which they happily delivered since we could not fit it into our car. We thought the Sales assistance was great, but the after-purchase follow-up was extraordinary. The Sun Trike had some issues which they addressed at three different times, coming first to the house to adjust the bike, and then picking up the bike to take back to the shop. After adjustments, there was still some issues, so their solution was to replace the original bike. Keith was excellent dealing with these issues. Of the numerous bike shops I have dealt with in my life, they are definitely the best I have ever experienced. Highly recommend.
To say they bring Customer Service to a higher level is an understatement!!!!

Employees were not wearing masks and although the rest of the customers in the shop were. I thought there was a mandate here in Pasco. Will drive farther to patronize the bike shop in Carrollwood.

Could not be more pleased with the kind, very personal service delivered by Jacob at Suncoast Trailside Bikes. He was patient, informative, and very customer focused - gave me undivided attention even though the store was busy. I love my new Electra cruiser and my snazzy helmet! Certainly, it's expensive to buy Trek brands, but the security of knowing that the great folks at STB are with you all the way makes every penny spent feel like a great investment. Jacob stopped what he was doing and adjusted my recumbent on the spot. He fixed my chain, put air in the tires and perfectly fitted the bike to my height.

Found these guys on the web, they are 2 hours away, and was greatly impressed! They have a number of high-end Trek bikes in stock and as luck would have it... they had my new Trek SLR 7 Madone in my size! They held it for me without a deposit, on the strength of a phone call. When I walked in the next day they treated me like an old friend. Small talk about bikes, about Trek Madone stuff. Then they installed my pedals and Garmin, adjusted the seat, gave me a quick lesson on Di2 and finally insisted on polishing the fingerprints off the frame before I could leave! They would have gone on all day about how the Di2 could be adjusted to my tastes. They made me feel like I was the only thing they had to do today though the shop was slowly filling with customers. More, they have a good selection of accessories, clothing, seats, gloves, bottles and holders... and a selection of more casual bikes as well. I could tell these guys were into it.

They really understood the tech end and have a real joy in sharing knowledge.

Two hours away... but if I'm ever in the area I will surely drop in.

The shop is small but was helpful in choosing and fitting for a bike. I was not happy that masks were optional... the staff was not wearing masks yet most customers wore them! This is unfortunate with the numbers of cases in Florida and a total disregard for their patrons!!

Love how dedicated the owner of this business is to customer service and serving those with a passion for riding.
Enjoying exercise in a socially distanced way while still sucking up the Vit D is hard to beat!!!

Here I am 13 months later leaving another stellar review. I dealt with Keith initially as I did last year. He was a huge help yet again. Geoff was extremely helpful with my new Emonda and has taken several calls from me on getting some additional parts. All of the guys there are very knowledgeable and treat me with great respect. I saw some 1-star reviews here and they dont add up to me, personally. I was around all of the guys while they were assembling my bike and experienced them being perfectly pleasant to other customers passing thru in the same manner that they treated me. Can't give this shop enough Kudos.
