We had a great experience with Reny! We went in looking for hybrid bikes, and Reny was very knowledgeable. He never pressured us to buy something more than we needed, and set up our new bikes for us quickly! Very happy with our purchase!

The local shop closest to my home base. I've been in and out of here about a dozen times over the last couple of years. Had great, good, ok and not so good experiences. For the most part they get the work that I ask for done.

Not sure if it's because I'm a gringa or cause it is a mountain bike, but customer service can be hit or miss. I usually write it off as a Hialeah thing (I was born and raised In Hialeah)

This last time was better then most. New grips and chain. Full work up. He apologized for not washing it, but I said I think it is bad luck to wash a trail bike.

I gotta say, it is beyond worth it to come here and have Adrian and the whole team helping you with anything for your bike! I get my Scott Spark 910 and my BMC time machine (tri bike) for service, tune up, and for special needs! they also have loyalty points you can change for rewards and discounts

Two locations, I recommend the Hialeah one, where I know everyone and its close to my office!

Whatever you do, don't let the guy with the UFC ears work on your bike. He will scratch it, and leave it dirty. My experience and rating is based on the work that this guy did on my bike.

It's true that the store does not open at 10:00 am. They might be open by noon time, but definitely not 10:00 am.

If you're okay with going to a shop that requires you to go back because the job wasn't done properly the first time, then yes, this place is for you.

This shop is great and the customer service is second to none! I was looking for a Marin bike and called this shop to see what they had (they are one of only 4 Marin dealers within a 50 mile radius). A gentleman named Reny was really helpful, called multiple shops and ended up finding me the perfect bike. He installed the pedals at the shop and helped me get the bike into my SUV. The entire experience was pleasant and the price was right. I highly recommend Suncycling!

I bought my Argon 18 road bike in this store, what I liked most was that they advised me and they didn't sell me anything, they sold me what I needed.

I finish got my bike and the new management told me it isn't there problem the other management told me they were doing inventory.. Yet they charged me!
They charged talking Spanish in the phone thinking I don't understand . Very unethical place.

I have been to this shop a couple of times, mostly to buy parts or components. It may be that I know most of the regular crowd here so I kind of take the service for granted - really no complaints here - so far, so good-
A bit out of the way for me as I mostly ride on the east side of Miami, but since I live in Doral it is a short "weekend" drive away from my house.

They do get 3 stars for service and selection and another "honorary" star because they support local rides- In fact there is a weekly ride that leaves from the shop on Sundays, goes to the Key and back so it is a great alternative to rack up miles and build a solid base.

I am truly sorry to read Marcos' review and frankly I wonder why would they even participate in an event like this if they are not going to be at their best ? All it does is give a wrong impression and that is not cool.

Excellent costumer service! Very helpful and polite staff. Store has a lots of choices of all kinds of bikes. Yisus helped me choose my first bike, he is very knowledgeable about bikes sizes and brands. Can't be happier with his services and my new bike! Definitely would recommend to my friends and family. Excellent cycling and repair shop! I always stop by whether to check up on my Giant Tcr advanced or just to pick up a few energy gels and snacks. I've definitely have become a regular at the shop. They're well stocked on whatever you may need. Adrian and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly and will go the extra mile for their customers. Well worth the drive if you're not from the area.
