Subway

Do not go here. The employees were Very rude to me when they found out I wanted to use a subway coupon. When I paid and left the girl gave me the dirtiest look. She looked at me like she hated me with a passion.

It was Very uncomfortable to go here. I just wanted to get a sandwich.

I will never go here again. The employees here should have customer service training. The way they acted is no way to run any kind of business.

Well I tried to buy lunch here this afternoon, walked in after shopping and was pleased that it looked clean, was bright and there were customers there. I got on line and several people got on line after me. An employee came over and seemed to know the group behind me and asked them how many sandwiches they wanted today. I stated that I had not ordered yet and the employee said "oh he will help you" and motioned to another employee that was already in the middle of helping the customer in front of me....so I get it if a favorite group of customers walk in behind someone who is only getting one item but has still already stood on line for several minutes they don't rate to get served. The employee and the group both laughed as I walked out. Not a good look for this franchise. It looks inviting but it's definitely not....if you want service apparently you have to be a regular.

Given a lifetime supply of napkins for a $hïtty double something or other piece-of-crap and 8pc nuggets.

I don't need extra napkins.

I need my food hot/fresh/ready when I ARRIVE at that cesspool.

Don't make me wait; give me my overpriced dog food and lemme walk to 711 to get beer and question my life choices.

Not much to be said about this subway sandwich spot. Pretty black and white. The servers were not stingy with the veggies which is always a big plus!! Place was cLean but the restrooms can use a little bit of cleaning.

I come to Tower Square frequently each week I always go to dollar tree and the Michael's but I never noticed there was a subway. I stopped by and ordered a sandwich and received extremely fast and professional service. There were a few people dining inside I would say this is a quick spot to grab some food after shopping in the area. After all you're surrounded by a Best Buy, Home Depot, marshals, McDonald's, dollar tree, game stop, Starbucks, and a Boston market next-door, as well as a sports authority and a bunch of car dealerships. I will be eating here again and whenever I'm in the mood for subway sandwiches.

Beware I ended up with stomach ache for eating at this location on sep 24 2021 never again I will be buying food from This location

Wow they were out of the ingredients I wanted and then didn't honor the coupon I had. Charged me $8.70 . That's almost $3 in tax? I'll never go back here again. I'll make sure none of my coworkers return as well.

This is place the people are nice, the place is clean the only problem is that they don't honor their own coupons I had a coupon on my phone once and they told me they don't take them

Warning you

This must have been the Subway location that Jared followed his weight loss program at. The food was terrible....almost as bad as the service.

If I had to eat here everyday, I would lose 100 lbs too.
