Cleaner than other subways I've been to. Staff were pretty young but they provided friendly customer service and were very polite considering they were in the quiet side. Food was good. No brown lettuce and everything looked fresh. Also really like their renovations. Makes the place look more modern.

Upon entering this subway restaurant, there were no employees attending the counter. There was alot of employee chattering in the back. I waited for at least 20 seconds before I had to finally walk around by the soda machine to get any employees attention. I was asked what I would like and I told her "an Ultimate BMT 6 inch". The employee then asked me "ok, what kind of meat do you want". (Note: That sandwich already has the type of meat on it per the menu). I told the employee that "the meat is already pre-determined and she said "I said...what else on it"...argumentatively. I told her the vegetables and she said, "what else you want?" Not sure why she seemed to be angry with me but I had already lost my appetite. I will avoid this Subway franchise next time.

I came to this Subway location twice during lunchtime, since I was in the area doing errands. It's the same shopping area with Foodland, Ross, and 24-hour fitness. It gets pretty crowded in the parking lot but somehow I always found a spot near Subway. This Subway is small with a few tables inside to dine-in.
For my first visit, I ordered ahead through the Subway mobile app and it gave me an estimated time my order would be done. I arrived five minutes earlier and as I walked in, I saw someone making my footlong sandwich. Five minutes passed and they neatly wrapped my order then put it to the side. My order was ready! But there were no clear instructions on how to pick up "Express Pickup" orders. There was a sign that pointed to the cashier so it made me think to go directly to the cashier. However, there was a line with 5 people waiting to order with 2 employees working the front... I wasn't sure what to do so I just waited near the cashier. I was trying to be polite and waited for one of employees to be done serving a customer before saying that I'm there to pick up my mobile order. Right after the employee was done, she left the cashier right away to serve the next customer. The same thing happened for the following 2 customers. Waiting and waiting, 10 minutes passed, until I walked closer to the cashier and tried to get the attention of one of the workers. No use. Waited another 5 minutes and after she was done with the next customer, I tried to speak louder and I got her attention and I finally got my order! I was pretty upset by the time I got it and left.
I was planning to give a bad review because of that experience, but the employee who helped me was really nice and I understand that they are just doing their job to serve all the customers quickly and efficiently. I noted that as she handed me my sandwich, she double checked to see whether or not my order was a meal and that she followed the additional instructions I made when I placed my order (which was to wrap each 6" separately). My order/sandwich was made correctly and tasted good. I also noted how she reminded one of the customers that was served before me to get her drink since she ordered the meal. Both of the employees had a friendly tone when speaking and sounded happy which made me give this place another try the following week.
My second visit, I ordered through the Subway app again. After I found parking, I looked at the app and it said my order was ready. I walked straight to the glass window (near the chips stand) and one of the employees greeted me and right away I said picking up my mobile order and gave my name. I was handed my order then I was outta there! Quick and easy, that's all I had to do. Lesson learned. I hope people will know where to pick up their mobile order if they read this review. HAHA.
But on a serious note, Subway needs to place their "Express Pickup" in front of that glass, instead of pointing to the cashier. Or have clearer signs, even instructions, for their customers to know how to pick-up mobile orders. Anyways... Subway is considered a fast food place so we shouldn't have any high expectations, but I enjoyed my footlong sandwiches and I like that this location had friendly workers on my last two visits.Helpful 3Thanks 4Love this 2Oh no 2 - Amberlie R.Las Vegas, NV256155167Sep 16, 2022
Just don't expect much from a fast food establishment and you won't be disappointed.
Their AC was out, leaving it hotter inside than it was outside... sounds concerning in terms of the meat left out. There was only one person in front of me but the lady somehow took 6 minutes to make her sandwich, while the other lady walked around and didn't do much.
After being helped, the sandwich was made nicely and to my expectation. Overall wouldn't choose this to be my "go-to" Subway, and would prefer other establishments for food in the shopping center.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - May 31, 2020
I thought I've already covered this one, guess not...
The one con I can think of this location is the lay out. Its a single file space that doesn't make sense. But I guess with the tiny location, there's no other way to do it.
I haven't had any bad experiences I can think of. I used to eat Subway a lot more when I was a kid. Now that I'm older, it doesn't make much sense to buy sandwiches from a sandwich shop. Esp when its much easier and cheaper to purchase ingredients and make them myself at home.
On the rare occasion, I'll try to twke advantage of the sub of the day. Normally I'll stop by on the day my favorite sandwich isn't on rotation lol. My luck. I always, always always order the turkey breast with mayo, olives, lettuce and maybe cheese. Now you can see why it doesn't make sense for me to buy sandwiches outside... So plain, so blah. I know.
If you plan to come around meal time, good luck finding parking. The gym, the grocery store and other eateries will make it hard to find a space. Other than that, go ahead and eat fresh!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0 - May 20, 2022
I was happy overall with my experience. The girl who waited on me was quite personable and was willing to talk story as she put together my order. The other girl there was not as personable which one expects in customer service situations. I figured she was having a day and she stayed in the back mostly. Anyways, my salad came out perfectly and she even asked if I wanted it chopped. I have never been asked that before and I was excited for the option. My mom's sandwich was made to her liking. I will definately come back another time.

The food is just not there. They don't even no how to make there own sandwiches that they are selling. Plus the sandwiches they do make are garbage and sloppy. They also don't know the difference between sliced avocado and guacamole. Took for ever to get my lunch because when one of there friends come in they start helping them. I should have looked at the views before ordering, lesson learned will be the last time.

This place is disgusting! While I was waiting in line to order my sandwich, I watched a worker fill the ice machine with ice without gloves, or washing her hands before filling the machine.
Also they really have bad customer service, nickel and diming with no substitution and charges extra for substitutes.
Just beware drinking the fountain drink there.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Rose H.Ewa Beach, HI64105136Mar 30, 2021
Update: Choc chip cookies tasted old or burnt not sure exactly. Spinach and lettuce tasted like freezer burn. Bread firm, really firm. NOT TO ANY OF MY LIKING..
You really need to watch how they charge you. I was charged many times for an upgraded meal when it should be a kids meal! FOR MY TODDLER DAUGHTER THAT IS ALWAYS BY MY SIDE! THERE IS A REASON WHY I GET A KIDS MEAL -- A REAL REASON.
They don't really greet you at the door and I do believe they should wear hair nets. BUT maybe they don't mandate that at subway...I haven't noticed at other subways.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 13837Nov 2, 2019
As soon as I walk in the "SANDWHICH maker in training " walks through the door she doesn't even wash her hands she just puts gloves on and goes what can I get for you. So whatever I order pay for my food and walk back to work I go to eat my sandwhich and there's a PIECE OF FUCKING HAIR in my sandwhich.
