Subway

I placed a online mobile order and went to pick up my food got home and realized they forgot half the ingredients on my sandwiches i tried to call multiple times and did not receive an answer so i drove 20 minutes back to the store to nobody at the front counter until 15 minutes later. I showed them my receipt and the picture i took of the messed up sandwich only to be told "we have to call the manager" then was told they would remake it so i wait another 20 minutes as multiple customers place orders and so i ask what they was waiting for and now they say they need the old sandwich so i ask to talk to a manager and get told no to my face and treated very rudely i dont understand how hard it is to make a simple sandwich especially when its your job to do so i will never order or eat from this location until their staff gets a better hold on what they are supposed to do

This Subway is located within Wal-Mart, and I have had a decent experience here, but this review reflects my most recent experience:

I waited at the register for about 2 minutes before an employee finally emerged from the back (this was around 8 PM). When the employee arrived, she asked what I wanted. As soon as I told her my sandwich order, I stepped two steps to the left where the toppings were. At this time, a Wal-Mart employee stepped up and began talking to the Subway employee. The Wal-Mart employee was giving an order for food to pick up later. The Subway employee stopped helping me (in line first) and started ringing up the Wal-Mart employee, ignoring me.

At that time, I told the Subway employee to "forget it," and that what just happened was "not OK," as I left.

This type of service is unacceptable and I will not return to this Subway location.

Went in today around 12:30 or 1 the staff was very friendly and to be at a lunch time they was fast first time I had eaten at this subway its located inside of Walmart so its very convenient looked very clean would def eat there again

Ok. This is the second and last time I will purchase anything from this Subway. Both times the bread was stale. Zoe was the server ( name on receipt ). I hate biting into bread and these crust crumbles. Oh by the way, I complained to huff_group as requested on the receipt and directly to the store 48 hours ago but no contact yet.

Very clean, new looking walmart and subway. They had good subs and fat service!

The "sandwich artists" here are very nice and work hard, but their manager doesn't do a good job of scheduling. Often there is literally one employee manning everything! This can cause it to get backed-up, but it's still a good location!
