Subway

This Subway is pretty awesome! Subways are everywhere... so how does this location differ? Well, let me tell you.

First of all, this is conveniently located in the shopping center of Junction Plaza, where the Giant is also (my preferred grocery store in Broadlands/Ashburn area).

When I walked in, I was greeted right away. I saw that a staff member greeted a group of guys dressed for business, on their lunch hour. It appears as if those guys were regulars at this location. From that observation, I was reinsured that this place has good customer service and client relations.

Anyways, I placed my order. The staff was very upbeat, which is always refreshing to see. They are very quick and efficient. I didn't have to repeat anything (thank you for listening). It was a smooth ordering process. (Side note: I'm very weird and I view the ordering process can be a tad bit stressful sometimes...)

Although, my visit was very short, it was a positive experience. I'll definitely come back even if it means driving a little further to obtain a sub.

I ordered a Tuna Sub and got Turkey! And even the cashier knew because he questioned me as to what i purchased and i said Tuna fish and he rang up the sale anyways. I blame myself also not watching their every move.

I came into the restaurant on numerous occasions and am highly disappointed. On the first occasion I went in I saw employees making a take out order that was done online and the girl who was helping wasn't wearing gloves and touched the meat with her bare hands and gave it to the other employee to place on the sandwich. I think that is really gross and unsanitary. On the second occasion I had asked for a type of bread and after 3 different tries the bread still wasn't correct. I was frustrated and just took whatever bread. I let the manager know about both incidences but he acted like it was no big deal. I usually don't complain but this was absolutely ridiculous.

This is a really good Subway location. There are usually only two people working at a time when I go--but they are usually working really fast to get the customers in and out. The only problem that slows up the line is the customers that come in here (at least every time I come) that are always staring at the menu when it is there turn--hello SuBWAY IS the same everywhere!

Anyways the staff is always friendly and working very fast. They even informed me at check out that they have free VIP rewards Member card-- whenever you buy a six inch sub you get punch on your card and on the 9th sub it is free(with the purchase of a 30 ounce drink). Pretty cool deal-- most places don't offer rewards for loyal members. The only thing wrong, was I went to this location one day at like 2pm feening for Subway cookies and I purchased two. When I got home I realized my cookies were hard as a rock! It really sucked but I didn't feel like driving back--hopefully this isn't an everyday thing.

This has to be the best subway I have ever EVER ate at. The place is clean and the food is good. You actually get meat on your subs, other subway locations don't even meet the same level as this one. The owner actually works there and personally greets anyone who walks thru the door. I went there one time for lunch and have been back for a couple weeks straight now. Also the customer service is top notch.

Great service . Professional employees. Quick , fast in and out service . Fresh food and bread . Overall great place to grab sandwiches.

So you know how some Subway locations just kind of suck? Well, not this one! It's been around for as long as I can remember, and I stopped going to it since there is one closer to my house, but I recently came in a few times to grab a sandwich since it was on my way to work when I was leaving my internship.

It's super clean, the people are always really nice there, they get your food to you in no time, and they actually listen to me when I say "just a drop of mustard" instead of globbing it all over my sub making it taste like a mustard sandwich.

They also do breakfast in the morning. They serve the pizzas as well, which I find a lot of Subway locations don't do, for whatever reason. Those pizzas are pretty good too!

I go into Subway when I want something slightly healthy and can't stand the thought of fast food. This place served me right away with no problems! Thee counter was clean and all the toppings looked fresh, no browning or wilted food. The woman behind the counter followed all of my ridiculous requests and I got my sandwiches cut into fourths, with milk no soda and two kinds of chips, all in two bags please!
The only problem I have is I was having a chocolate craving and bought two double chocolate chip cookies. They were stale and hard, I even microwaved them and they were still hard but now they were warm and hard. But then again, Subway is a sandwich shop, not a cookie place.

It's a good Subway. The store is clean and the staff communicates well.

One tip: Get here before Noon on Saturdays... The line gets long very quickly.

Best sandwich of my life, kyle is the greatest and hottest employee there, if he is making your sandwich make sure to give him a fat tip.
