Subway

For those of us who work at Providence, having a Subway IN the hospital is a blessing. I don't care for Subway in general, but if you're stuck in the hospital, it's nice to have a choice besides cafeteria food. If you go at lunch time, be prepared to be in line a LONG time because they only have 3 employees. Your best bet is to order before 9am when you get speedy service and two subs for the price of one!

I ordered a veggie sandwhich, and had to ask three times for more spinach. I felt ripped off, discriminated against and became too frustrated to even bother asking again, looking at how much spinache this vegetarian gets, I'm disgruntled. I would feel differently if I wasn't counting on vegetables for my nutrients, I wouldn't pay nine dollars for some mayo and bread.... Would you? I don't think I'm going to come back to this one, even though I work near Providence, I feel it's worth the drive to have people not discriminate me and actually give me what I want.

I give up! I'm never eating at a Subway ever again!!! I have tried every subway in this town, or nearly.... Even the one by Girdwood. Same identical outcome. Food that taste like absolutely nothing. Nothing , as in nothing.... As in air nothing... As in NOTHING!! I wonder how they accomplish to do this. In fact I had a quite lengthy conversation with my partner about flavor extraction methodologies that could be possibly be used at these establishment. How can ham taste like nothingness? How can cheese??? How could even jalapeños have lost their fire? The only thing with flavor are the chips and soda. I'm sorry, but even at my hungriest I think a dog biscuit might have more flavor than one of these pathetic sandwiches. I rather use my caloric intake somewhere else. Now I know how Jared lost all his weight, he lost complete faith in food.
