I've been here about a handful of times now. Almost every time I spend about $100. :O
I never intend to. Lol
It's my go to now for anything I need. They have a great variety and great prices.
The customer service is normally good. Average.
Unless Chelsea is there and is helping me.
She is literally the perfect person for a shopping experience. She's beyond friendly. Confident. Anticipated my needs. Got a dressing room for me. Asked if I needed shoes? Or a diff top. She went around the store and found me whatever was close to what I described. I had plenty of options and sizes.
She didn't make me feel like I was bugging her or make me feel stupid or embarrassed. She's welcoming and made me feel comfortable enough to ask her opinion on outfits and her feedback was great.
She said to leave whatever I didn't want there and she'd put it away. Etc. stuff that employees should do as there job. But surprisingly almost everywhere I go the employees seem annoyed and or just don't care.
So I appreciate Chelsea so much more.
She mentioned their texting program to get me a discount. On top of my VIP discount I already had from the last time she helped me sign up.
She seems very knowledgable about other locations and called to see if they had a shoe size I needed. She was very professional and pleasant all around.
She made Styles my first choice instead of somewhere to check out if I didn't find something somewhere else.
I'm huge on customer service and I won't ever return somewhere where I felt like a burden even though I was giving them my $ for a service or shopping.
The store is cute and organized. Great lighting. And very attractive. Their located in the Eastland Center so there's plenty of parking.
They'll check in the back for you just in case and try to help please you as much as they can.

Just spent an hour in the store. I literally walked around about 4 times. Natasha opened me a fitting room && was super helpful. When it came time to check out she was so nice - the epitome of customer service. She's doing a great job.

Terrible terrible terrible.
I've probably shopped here almost 3 times already and I've got to say, all 3 visits... poorest customer service ever.
The first day, I got my VIP card and the girl who was signing me up for it did not know what she was doing. I gave her all my info and yet, the next time I came in, none of my info was recorded.
Which was the second time I went to styles for less for my birthday. VIP members get 20% off but since my info WASNT recorded, I didn't get my 20%. I literally spent 30 minutes trying to tell the manager that I spent 20 minutes with an employee who signed me up for it. Anyways,
The third time, I asked "Maribel" if she could help me get something off of the high racks. Her reply was,"UMMMMMM, I'm off the clock right now." Literally with the stupidest attitude ever. And she laughed it off after. Was it my fault that I didn't know you weren't on the clock? Jeez. Never shopping here again. Every time I'm at this location I do not feel very welcomed by staff. They are not blatantly rude but do not go beyond what's required of them as far as communicating with customers. Simple "Are you ready?" & "Your total is.." conversation. They also have a no return policy so be aware of this before making purchases.

So i was here purchasing a pair of shoes and the two girls in charge were more interested in their friend's story than the customers. They have a few people trying to ask some questions regarding the products in the store and they seemed bothered to be interrupted. Styles for less need to improve their customer service.

This store had horrible customer service. Young girls that don't care. No one asked any of us if we needed help, much less, came to unlock the door to try on clothes. Decided not to buy anything and it's not like it was fulled with people so that would be a poor excuse for them to use.

I'm blown away by all the reviews this store has. I dropped in today to one lady working. I think her name was Maribel. She greeted me with a smile on her face as I walked in.
I was browsing around with nothing in particular I was looking for, but unfortunately none of the styles caught my eye at first so I was roaming around for a lil more than an hour. Maribel asked how I was doing about 2x which was great and also helped me test the perfumes since I asked for her assistance.
Overall, I had a good experience because of her customer service. Coming to this location for the first time and left with $60 worth of clothes was a deal.

I love this store. The quality of the clothes are a lot like fashion q, so they won't last forever but its great for getting a quick outfit in a rush. As for the customer service. They are great. I got greeted with a smile as soon as i walked in. Two of the girls asked if i needed any help with anything. And the cashier was very paitient with my three year old and eight month old. I will definitly be coming back here.
