Stretch Limousine

Jan drove 13 of my family members on Saturday, 4/20/24 from Chicago to South Bend and back...he was early for the pick-up at the hotel , he communicated well, was very courteous and an excellent driver !
I will not only use Stretch again but request Jan each time.
The family agreed the rides both ways and the various pick ups and drop offs could not have gone smoother.

The service provided was excellent. The driver (Jan) arrived right on time for our family's ride to O'Hare. He was very cordial, and gave us a safe comfortable ride to the airport. We arrived on schedule. The vehicle was a Mercedes Sprinter Van that had plenty of room for our 8 travelers and our luggage. I feel the rate charged was very reasonable and was less than the other services I checked. They were also very flexible with their scheduling, they allowed for reservations close to our departure and had a very reasonable cancellation policy. Also, they had excellent communication, providing text and phone contact with the driver. We had the same driver for both of our trips to and from O'Hare.

Bottom line, I highly recommend Stretch Limo services and will definitely use them again for any future needs.

We always us Stretch Limo when we need a ride to the airport. They recently picked up my elderly father and his driver Peter was fabulous! Dad said he was punctual and extremely helpful with his bag. Stretch is always on time, cars spotless, drivers friendly and an overall great car service.

Our driver was very inconsiderate. He knew when he picked us it was for a medical appointments for my very fragile, ill husband. Two hour ride, 2 stops, 1st stop, I got out, went around, opened husbands door, got him out and slowly made our way in. Same with pick up, and drop off at next appointment..
We got home, I had a little cooler, a bag, my purse, my keys and Again, my husband to help inside. Our driver took off as soon as we were out of the vehicle, not waiting to see if we got inside...we did not. My husband fell getting into the house. He will be Ok, bruised and shaken.
Would it have HURT you to be kind today to someone. We treated you Well.

Sorry I tried to book this company, went by their rates on the website, I came out to $800 for the job.
Spoke to Luke and he said he would call me back in 5 minutes with a quote, 3 hours later I called him, and he came up with $1,900.
Sorry but I would not trust them at all.

We live two hours away from Ohare and being elderly I didn't want to try the drive, especially because our return flight was coming in late
Both trips went exceptionally well
The drivers were excellent and rather entertaining as well we didn't get home until 430am and he was as pleasant as when we started

I love the convenience of the online booking system, and it really helps to have the confirmation emails and reminders as well, unlike some other services. Pickup is always efficient. Terrific drivers too including Lumir and Sebastian! Stretch Limo is my go to for travel to the airport and also for special events.

Used Stretch Limousine to travel from Western suburbs to the Ed Sheeran concert at Soldier Field. Made a stop downtown for dinner. Service was excellent! Our driver, Peter, was a doll. Very reliable, absolutely hassle-free service. I would highly recommend!

Disclaimer: It is so difficult to find a ride for 6 to the airport. Many companies have hidden fees, exorbitant prices for a limo, or just seemed super shady. All we wanted was to ride to the airport in style to kick off an amazing family vacation!

I was so very excited to discover Stretch Limousine! Once I found them, I immediately booked. Their prices were so reasonable and their employees were very helpful!

Peter was our driver for our stretch limo. This was the very first time my children rode in a limo and they had the time of their lives! Even at 0645 in the morning we were supplied an awesome mix of beverages such as Sprite and Miller Lites. Very nice touch.

Our return home was even better. Even though we did not elect a limo, we had a Lexus SUV. Our driver was Michael and he was the most personable ever! He arrived in a timely manner even before our requested time! He was the most respectful and kindest man we had ever met.

Stretch Limousine is highly recommended, as they started and finished our vacation the proper way. We will definitely use them again.
