Since the new management team, of Sandra and Shawna, has taken over this property, the transformation has been truly remarkable! They are smart, efficient, and courteous. Because of the professionalism of these women, Gandy Mini Stor-It is: NOW, hands-down, the BEST storage facility in the Tampa Bay Area!

Lilly and Malea were fantastic super friendly and very efficient. They were informative and provided me everything I needed to get the storage unit that day and they made it happen. I will definitely pass your place on to all my friends who need storage facility.

Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. Had the exact size, climate controlled unit I was looking for...and the climate control was at a very comfortable setting. Another storage place I had visited prior to coming here was barely cooler than the regular storage area, so that was a much appreciated difference. Additionally, having an elevator to get to the 2nd level is a huge bonus! The outside area of the complex was nice and clean. I appreciate the security, and the fact that I can get in from early (6am) to late (10pm) without having to pay an additional fee. I definitely will recommend StorQuest over the big-name storage facilities.

Arrianna was very helpful! Super professional and answered all my questions! Would definitely recommend! Anytime I need to move I'm definitely going back to fair oaks! They assist you with whatever you need help with no questions asked. Very informative and knowledgeable. Arrianna was very patient and understanding to assisting my needs. She made sure I walked out of there a happy and satisfied customer for sure! Like I said I would definitely recommend this place. Moving isn't easy and she most definitely made everything feel A LOT EASIER !!! Go here please you won't regret it

Excellent customer service. AB is the property manager and he is a person of integrity. He makes you feel valued and very welcome. Most places just look at you as a number but not this place. Great place to store your packages.

Save your time! Do not waste your money! Let me tell you what I went through. First, I was told, by Ani the sales rep, that a corner unit would fit a couch. He had great customer service by staying open late and trying to help me, but like a typical sales person he cared more about making the sale instead of listening to my needs. Needless to say, when we came to move into the unit, our couch didn't fit. We had to go through the process of getting a different unit. Second, they offer a 5% discount if you pay 6 months in advance. Any month you don't use, they tell you that you'll get your money back. I figured since I'd have the unit for 8 months or longer, that I'd do the deal. However, due to having to switch my units like I previously stated, I didn't use 5 months on my first unit, so I should have gotten my money back. Turns out, in order to get a refund, the district manager has to approve of it. Conveniently, she was never available. I had to fight for months making phone calls to the district manager, Kelly, who never called me back, I left tons of messages, and when I went into the office multiple times because I told she was there, and she never was. That was extremely frustrating being lied to by Ani telling me that Kelly would call me or be in the office, so I'd waste my time and money trying to meet her or get ahold of her which I never was able to so I had to call the corporate office. Once I contacted them and explained the situation they said a check was in the mail to me. However, I didn't receive the first check which could have been mail carrier error but still frustrating when they said they had a tracking number for it. Then, Kelly finally called me (for the first time) and told me another check was on the way. Third, if you do do business here, get everything in writing. Ani told me in person when I switched units that the unit I was switching to was $115 a month because it was on special. When I went to pay my first bill it was $128 (plus $10 for mandatory insurance and taxes so about $146). So when fighting for my $800+ dollar refund that I still didn't have after months of trying to receive, the price of the unit I do have keeps changing. Finally, I receive confirmation that the unit is $128. Because I was tired of dealing with it I agreed to it and signed a new lease. Then all of a sudden the price increases. When I called Ani the first couple of times, he dropped the price back down to the agreed up in priced I signed for, but I had to fight every month for it. I was tired of constantly fighting and feeling bamboozled and lied to so I eventually gave up and just paid the higher price. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. We enjoy this facility because it is close to home and allows us a wide range of access times to enter our unit. We continually need to remove and replace equipment in and out of our unit. The staff is very friendly and respectful to us every time we interact. The manager A.B. provides great service and is always happy to see us. He seems to know most customers by name and makes each one feel special. We highly recommend this facility.
