Christine S.South Heidelberg Township, PA01May 22, 2020First to ReviewThe service at Storage World was great, however the cleanliness of the unit had much to be desired. I realize that once the unit is occupied, the control for cleaning decreases. However, the ceiling in the structure itself crumbled and dropped pieces all throughout the unit, not noticeable until it was time to reorganize for the move out. We also found dead mice x2. The size of the unit was small, in my opinion, for the steep 93.00/month fee. Also, I feel the fee for the monthly storage should have been prorated since we 1. Never missed a monthly payment and 2. moved out 17 days prior to the end of the contract. 10 days notice in this pandemic was not an option.
