We've stored family stuff here for nearly 20 years. Between aging parents, college life and remodeling, our storage needs are always met. It's not a fancy place, but it's secure and easily accessible.

I got quoted an unreasonable price from a rude man and hung up. He called back I said not interested F@!? Off and hung up again. (I know I was rude but I am having a horrible day and communicated poorly). I thought and hoped our interaction would end there. He unfortunately thought it appropriate to make my day that much worse with more calls and a text messages. Please don't call them it's not worth your sanity.

Needed a storage unit last minute This facility was closest and cheapest to my new home Doug went above and beyond helping me along with explaining everything so that I could understand Storage unit was clean and they supply the locks and you get to keep the lock check out was simple and easy I do wish that you had access to your unit after 7:30 PM but I can understand the security of closing early Doug you were great I appreciate everything you did for me and helped me along the way !!!

We have since taken our stuff out of the storage unit, but I do want to comment on the owner's comment. My husband DID say he might have left it unlocked....but no one in your company was willing to even TRY to investigate who stole our belongings. We didn't steal our own stuff. It was stolen from one of your tenants and you didn't care. Other storage units probably would have at least tried to help, rather than passive-aggressively trying to accuse us of stealing OUR OWN things. Wow.

We at Stor-eze are dedicated to the safe & secure storage of our tenants' personal property. Many years have passed without a security breach at any of our locations. In this instance after an investigation, the sheriff's report indicated that there was no sign of tampering with the high security lock used to secure the unit. Therefore, it was his conclusion that someone with access to a key to the unit must have removed the items. Only the tenants have a key to the unit. The only other possibility was that the unit was left open by the tenant, which the tenant admitted might have happened. We checked access records to the site for the time period that the alleged incident took place and found that only a very small number of our very well known tenants had coded into our access gate, and none had a unit in the vicinity of the subject unit. We are very sorry if a loss has occurred, but it would appear that our efforts to maintain the highest possible security continue unabated. Sincerely, Stor-eze Management
May 3, 2011Previous reviewWell, we actually used the branch on 114th in Puyallup... but it's the same company. All I have to say is my husband went to our storage unit on Thursday night to get something, and then went back on Sunday afternoon... and some asshole stole a bunch of tools, his golf clubs, his softball bag, my wedding dress :( , a snowboard.. etc. When I called all day on SUnday after discovering our missing stuff ... no one answered. I left a message for a call back and never recieved one. On Tuesday I called and spoke to the woman in the front office.. and all she could do was repeatedly say "it's not our liability, we aren't responsible.." etc. I finally had to talk OVER her to ask if they had cameras or anything. They don't. The police say they don't have the resources to look for the burgler. Long story short, we will probably never see our stuff again and this place is NOT SECURE in any way, shape, or form. FInd a more secure place to keep your stuff - for sure.

I've used Store-Eze twice and have been satisfied both times. The Woodland site does have a locked gate and security cameras. It is staffed Monday-Saturday and only storage customers have gated access with a code.

Needed a unit last minute and the manager was extremely helpful and flexible getting me into the right sized unit. Really couldn't have had a better experience with them. Would recommend this storage company to anyone in the area looking for a secure spot for their valuables.

I had a very good experience so far. The manager was very friendly. I was able to get a unit big enough for all of my stuff at a very affordable rate. It was the lowest cost for a unit its size in the area where I live. I haven't had any problems.
