My fiancé and I have been here a few times. Sometimes getting seated can be hectic it's worth it. The food is affordable and the staff is nice. Our food came out quickly and tasted gods every time. It's typically pretty busy and fast paced but we enjoy it here!

Sooooo disappointed! Not sure what changed at Stone Cafe in recent months but whatever it was needs to be undone. The relaxed vibe is gone, replaced with a sense of chaos. And it wasn't even a busy morning (no wait).
My eggs weren't cooked as requested which got a quick fix, but there was no fixing the hard-as-stone biscuits, absent coffee refills and disappearing server. It wasn't like she was ignoring our table; it looked like she left the restaurant. No one came by with a check nor offered any assistance as we stood at the cash register (including the owner/manager?!). Thankfully I had some cash. I handed what I hoped was sufficient amount to a random server explaining that we never got a check.
It will be a long time before we go back to what used to be a family favorite.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jen P.Arvada, CO227Dec 10, 2023
I've been here two weeks in a row for breakfast with a large table each week. Staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating. Food is exactly what I look for in a good breakfast - fluffy pancakes, crispy hash browns, good coffee, an omelette big enough to take home leftovers.

I've been coming here for years because it's in the neighborhood. It's a nice clean diner with plenty of parking. Today I had the Italian sausage with over medium eggs. The food was very good which is why we come back but I've noticed some cost saving strategies that make me feel they are trying to save on the back end instead of providing quality meals. They only give one slice of toast and you have to ask for extra cups of coffee. I just wish I didn't feel like their penny pinching.

While I usually have breakfast I've been trying some of the new burgers on the menu, which are not bad. The service is always good and friendly, which is the main reason I continue to come back.

Okay this place is great. I ordered for take out but next time I want to dine in. I got a burger with fries at 10am lmfao but it was delicious!! Also quality food for a dinner. The atmosphere of the place was really cute too and had great lighting + plants. Ambience was 10/10 and the place had a good amount of customers considering that it was a week day morning. Food was fresh and warm and filling. Can't wait to come back :)

We try to have breakfast here at least once a week. They have the best huevos rancheros my wife enjoys the corn beef hash or the spinach omelette. They also have a great lunch.

Let me start off by saying we liked the breakfast we had, it was very good. Business was slow and since it's a "Cafe" prices were high as so many restaurants are now. We rarely eat out anymore because of the prices. My husband and I each had water and I had a cup of coffee. The tables were very strange because there were no condiments, sugar or cream, napkins or utensils. Our bill was $35. We asked for a box to take home leftovers. She looked at us, picked up the ticket and wrote something on it. Now the price was $39. We had to go to the cashier (Same Waitress) and I asked her if she charged us for the box and she said yes. I asked when they started that and she said we always have! (There was no bag, just a styrofoam box.). For $39 + a Tip of $7 = $44 we will never return.

As a local, I've been coming here for years. My father grew up on this side of town and brought me here as a young child to now. The food quality has never changed for me and has always held the best standard. I've had numerous plates here and every single one has tasted amazing. If you want good quality breakfast and brunch, this is the place!

Ordered the country scramble breakfast. Biscuits were so hard, had to use a knife to cut, then pushed that plate to edge of table. Hashbrowns seem to be sliced boiled potatoes, no flavor, white in color
