I've reported this place already to Nevada Consumer affairs and hopefully they can get back to me soon. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from here prices are overpriced. Either lower the prices or get people pissed off enough that they'll take this to court for price gouging.

This is the place y'all. I went in for some glass and they had an excellent selection. Wish I took some pics, they have wayyyy better selection than every other place in town I went to. Not only that but Nick was sooo helpful. He even sold me on a piece that I WILL be getting within a month or so! I definitely bought more than I planned to because Nick was so helpful and matched my excitement and answered alllll of my questions.

Got some glass, some papers, and good vibes! Excited to come back and use this store for all my wacky tobaccy needs!

Unfortunately, due to previous ownership, I could see why this place got bad reviews. Fortunately, the new location and owner, Samantha, curates an amazing experience at Still Smokin. Samantha is extremely knowledgeable about all of her hand picked products, and has an answer for every question you have!

One of the best smoke shops in Reno by far! Definitely will be back.

The manager was extremely nice but had I gotten a lush ice twist with 2500 hits on it. The start had been good but after the first day it became burnt, and after the 3rd day it died. I am not a frequent smoker and know I didn't use the full life but it died, I'm displeased as it had cost $30 and other vapes that had half the puffs had lasted longer in the past.

So I stopped in to pick up some supplies and I have to say I was impressed by the selection, the way the store is set up and the cleanliness. The person who helped me was knowledgeable, helpful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need.

He made it a point to show me different items and not just push the most expensive item. He then answered every question I had, gave me good advice then also let me know what replacement items they carry and how much they will cost me. All in all I walked out with a reasonably priced item, and more knowledge then when I walked in. I will definitely be back when I need anything else.
