Took my comforter here to be dry cleaned because it cannot be machine washed. When I got it back it looked just as dirty as when I took it in (I have a dog who likes to run around in the mud). There were numerous dirty spots still all over my comforter and I could tell it had not been cleaned! Never going back. What a rip off.

Dishonest!!! Worst drycleaners in Tallahassee. Very dishonest. Destroyed a pair of brand new suit pants and refused to replace them. I wouldn't trust them with anything.

Should be shut down for poor integrity and destruction of personal property.

I used the services for the first time, taking in 9 shirts, paying $2.60/shirt. I had a business meeting and don't have great ironing skills so I thought I'd take it to the experts.

I get home and take my shirts out of the plastic and there are PRESSED IN WRINKLES/CREASES all over the place. Some of the shirts were worse off then when I took them in. Every shirt had the same pressed in wrinkles in the upper arms, many also had creases in other random spots, I couldn't believe it.

I wrote in on their contact us page immediately and have yet to hear a response via email or phone.

I would not recommend this business to a friend and would go elsewhere.

Stewardship Drycleaners is the best in Tallahassee. I used to the location off of Thomasville by Midtown and I now go to the one off of Lake Bradford. Pete and his team do an amazing job- my clothes always come back perfect, clean, and they have a very quick turn around time! I really appreciate Tiffany who is so kind every time I come in. She always has my clothes ready to go up front once she sees my car pull up. What service! I am super picky and quite the diva with my clothes so I love that I can trust Stewardship to get the job done right every time!

NIGHTMARE experience. PLEASE do not trust Stewardship Drycleaners. I dropped my suit off at the one located off Thomasville by Midtown. It was supposed to be ready 3 business days later. I called the day after it was supposed to be ready and was told it would be ANOTHER week at least until my suit would be ready. This completely messed me up because that particular suit was needed in 5 days (I literally dropped the suit off 9 days before I needed it in an abundance of caution and this was still not enough). I explained this to the gentleman and he basically threw his hands up in the air (metaphorically speaking) and offered NO help whatsoever. He eventually said maybe they could get the suit back from the warehouse but it would not be clean. Ok... I tell him to call the warehouse and get my suit back. I call back to follow up and he says there are no drivers available ANY upcoming business days, so I have to drive out to the warehouse (45+ minutes round trip) to pick up my suit. Fine. I take an hour out of my day to drive out to the warehouse and am finally handed my suit in a big crumbled mess (this thing barely even needed to be clean but I wanted everything to be perfect the day I am planning to wear it). So NOW I definitely have to have this wrinkled suit dry-cleaned and need to pay extra to have it done overnight since we are going into the weekend. THANKS Stewardship Drycleaners. The worst part is they did nothing to make this awful experience any better at all. They were so unapologetic about this HUGE stress and inconvenience. They could have offered a coupon, to pay for the expedited dry cleaning at a new location, to cover my gas, to at least say sorry, I don't know, SOMETHING would have sufficed. They could have cared less about the situation and it truly demonstrated how little they care about customer service or their loyal customers.

You, Stewardship Drycleaners, have lost my business, my spouse's business and any friend or family member who ever asks for a dry-cleaning service.

Don't use unless you don't need the shirt anytime soon. Definitely cheap, but if the machine breaks or they can't find your shirt it's your loss, not theirs.

DO NOT USE STEWARDSHIP!!! We have been going to Stewardship for a few years. They were always pretty good. We began to trust them. Recently we went to the Thomasville store and put in some clothes for laundry and a Suit for dry cleaning. We did not look at the ticket because of the trust level we had. My wife picked up the order and the suit never came back. Peter the area manager has not appeared to care. He has washed his hands of any responsibility. I will call you if I find it"

My suit was dropped off and a "new person" at the Thomasville location. It is apparent the employee did not record the order correctly. WARNING!!!! If Stewardship does not record YOUR ORDER PERCISELY, in their computer (Human entry required) the consumer is out in the cold. Peter is treating it as a "no ticky no laundry" type of scenario. HE BROUGHT UP THE "CHECK THE BACK OF YOUR TICKET" DISCLAIMER!!!! "He also went as far as to say, no one wants my" brand new Joseph A. Banks Suit. I SAID I DO!!!!!

I ASKED TO SPLIT COST HALF WAY because it was our bad for trusting them, their bad for not recording the order correctly and losing my suit,, Peter said he would not consider it. I asked Peter if I could speak with the Owner he said the Owner would not speak to me. I called the number for the main office listed on their website, it is out of service.

Bottom line is they have lost my suit, denied ANY responsibility for the loss and has lost our trust and our business. DO NOT USE STEWARDSHIP. IF THEY HAD A NEGATIVE NUMBER FOR A SCORE I WOULD USE IT!!!!!!!!!!

I have had several articles of clothing cleaned here. Seems the prices have risen too high for me. Also my girlfriends jacket came back barely cleaned. 12dollars for a women's small jacket. yet my XXL jacket is 10. I cant understand them. They have lost my business for good.

My daughter took a Lilly Pulitzer dress she wore one time in for drycleaning. She had a tiny spot on the front from a drop of salad dressing. It was still there when she picked the dress up a few days later. She then asked them if they could try again to get the spot out. This time upon picking her dress up she noticed a fist- sized bleached out discoloration on the front of the dress that went clear through to the back!! And this dress has a liner!! Totally irresponsible and unprofessional business! Besides, the owners Pete and Trey don't return phone calls! I highly recommend NOT taking anything to any of their locations!

I took 3 shirts and a pair of khakis to be laundered and pressed. I dropped them off Friday morning and was hoping to get them Monday morning but was told they wouldn't be ready until Monday afternoon. Seemed like a long time for laundering but whatever. The problem was, I came by Monday afternoon to pick it up and my khakis were not there. Somehow they got lost. They didn't really apologize, just said it happens quite frequently when items lose their tags when it gets sent off to be cleaned. Anyway, I had to come back the next day which was inconvenient. Beyond not apologizing or offering a discount, the fact that this is a common problem for them tells me that they can't be reliable. Their hours are also not particularly convenient as they close at 6 pm, which is hard to get to unless you leave work right at 5pm. As far as the quality, it was fine but then again, I only had laundry done and didn't have any stains. Like the other reviewer mentioned, one of my shirts had a tag safety pinned on which isn't a problem for a shirt but would be a problem poking holes in something nicer. Of course, they didn't stick the safety pin in my pants which would have helped them not lose it in the first place. It also seems expensive. The pants were $5.99 and the shirts were $2.75 each, which is more than I pay in downtown Chicago.
